This position plays a critical role in supporting both warehouse operations and HR onboarding functions, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across our distribution center. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics clerical role, be proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel, and be comfortable assisting with hiring and onboarding new employees. Key Responsibilities: Perform daily warehouse clerical tasks including data entry, inventory tracking, shipping/receiving documentation, and report preparation. Support distribution center operations to maintain workflow efficiency and meet deadlines. Communicate professionally via Microsoft Outlook with internal teams and external partners. Utilize Microsoft Excel for data tracking, reporting, and record management. Partner with the on-site manager to coordinate hiring, interviews, and new hire onboarding. Process and maintain USCIS I-9 employment verification forms in compliance with federal guidelines. Maintain accurate and organized personnel and operational records. Qualifications: 1-3 years of clerical experience in a warehouse, distribution center, supply chain, or logistics environment.
