About The Role
The Window Installer position is responsible for the installation of windows, storm and patio doors and additional products available in our Window Department. This position involves the proper installation and use of hand tools to cut and fit various materials.
Day-to-day responsibilities
Installation of window products per manufacturer specifications
Manually load/unload materials on and off trucks
Completion of prep work for needed materials per installation
Complete all prep work ahead of installation
Other duties as assigned

What You Can ExpectAs a window Installer , you will focus on installing new windows in residential and commercial buildings. Your day-to-day "office" won't always look the same! However, you can count on the process to provide some consistency:
- Remove old windows and install new
- Measure and cut interior and exterior trim for new windows (when requested)
- Load and log materials onto the truck
- Comply with OSHA guidelines and Company Safety policies and procedures
- Erect ladders to height needed to remove and or install windows
- Maintain tools and truck housekeeping, and maintenance
- May be required to drive a company vehicle and follow all driving safety rules and DOT requirements at all times
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Work well in a team setting
- Valid driver's license
- Lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Climb ladders
