• Bachelors and a minimum of 2 years experience OR Masters with 0-2 years experience. May consider an additional 4 years experience in lieu of degree.
• Must have knowledge and experience with the following:
  Active Directory / DNS / DHCP / Group Policy
  Backup and Recovery
  Configuration Management
  Windows Client and Server Systems
  Virtualization Technology
• Must have a demonstrated ability to communicate with a variety of stakeholders in various formats
• Ability to obtain/maintain DOD 8570 IAT Level II/IAM level I certification within 6 months of hire
• Must be willing and able to travel when required to support the mission
• Active Secret clearance required. Must possess the ability to obtain/maintain an active DoD TS/SCI security clearance. US citizenship required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Active DoD TS /SCI clearance
• Current DOD 8570 IAT Level 2 and IAM Level 1 certification

Colorado Salary Minimum: $48,600
Colorado Salary Maximum: $117,800

The Infrastructure Technology Lead Analyst is an intermediate level role responsible for assisting with LAN / WAN and help desk administration activities, including network maintenance, technical guidance, and security in coordination with the Technology Infrastructure team. The overall objective is to use infrastructure technology knowledge and identified policies to process data, resolve issues and execute administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:

Create complex project plans, perform impact analyses, solve/work high impact problems/projects, and provide resolution to restore services Provide Root Cause Analysis (RCA) post restoration of service Design testing approaches, complex processes, reporting streams, and assist with the automation of repetitive tasks Provide technical/strategic direction to team members Review requirement documents, define hardware requirements and update processes and procedures as necessary Ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements Responsible for applications dealing with the overall operating system Conduct project related research Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision. Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy. Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members. Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.



Qualifications:


6-10 years of experience in roles centered around infrastructure delivery (application hosting and/or end user services) with a proven track record of operational process change and improvement Understanding of how specialization within area contributes to the business and of competitors' products and services Ability to develop projects required for design of metrics, analytical tools, benchmarking activities and best practices Ability to work with virtual / in-person teams, and work under pressure / to a deadline Experience in a Financial Services or large complex and/or global environment preferred Effective written and verbal communication skills Effective analytic/diagnostic skills Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audience

Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred

The position is within the North America CTI (Citi Technology Infrastructure) CIS (Core Infrastructure Services) with strong affiliation to international business sectors. Reporting directly to NAM Infrastructure Manager, and indirectly to Global CIS Unified Sectors head, this position is going to provide functional leadership, boost performance and efficiency both regionally and globally. You will part of a team focusing on ways to integrate key strategies for building a successful network across CTI.

You will work closely with all regional and global technology areas including Infrastructure, Application Development, Production Support, Operations and 3rd party vendors in order to enhance the quality, improve processes and propagate understanding of good practices across all services under your care.

We are seeking a Windows / Database Engineer who will be on a team responsible for the setup, ongoing support, and management of critical automation PCs, servers, and PLCs. The ideal candidate would be based out of our upcoming Mesa, Arizona location and prepared for the occasional need to travel
**Primary Responsibilities:**

+ Responsible for the setup, ongoing support, and management of critical automation PCs, servers, and PLCs that run the automated fulfillment pharmacy, as well as the third-party software hosted within

+ Design and support a regular deployment plan for software delivered from external vendor

+ Responsible for defining and carrying out system maintenance plans for closed-loop technology components to ensure they are operating at peak capacity and receiving the latest security updates

+ Interfacing and communicating with pharmacy workers and stakeholders to understand the system problems they're facing and to update them on the statuses of their issues

+ Coordinate with internal and external teams for software upgrades, bug fixes, software patching, and implementing new equipment and features

+ Work closely with partners teams to coordinate project activities during installs and extended support

+ Use data analytic skills to troubleshoot and improve performance and reliability of equipment and entire system

**Required Qualifications:**

+ 2+ years working with Windows Server

+ 2+ years working with MSSQL

+ Intermediate or better proficiency working with MS Word, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint

+ Intermediate or better proficiency designing and managing databases, SQL, and data tools

+ Proficiency with problem solving and delivering within time constraints

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ Experience administrating windows systems

+ Experience applying windows updates across a network and installing drivers for specific hardware

+ Experience with technology monitoring tools

+ Experience designing, updating, and auditing database schemas

+ Experience in manufacturing, automation, or fulfillment centers

+ Experience in the Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) industry
