Troubleshooting and solving mechanical issues all while keeping the property operating smoothly according to safety standards and ensuring the timely and accurate fulfillment of all service requests and repairs. This position is also active in assisting with supply purchases and bids under management supervisor. High levels of customer service as well as the cleanliness and marketability of the community to renew and secure new leases is critical to this position.
