You Will Be Trusted To
Lead and coordinate a team of installers and helpers on commercial projects
Solve on-site challenges and make critical decisions to keep projects on track
Manage budgets, prepare quotes, and maintain clear communication with customers
Ensure safety, quality, and accountability on every project
Coach and mentor team members, supporting their growth and success
You Qualify With
High school diploma or GED
1-3 years of construction, project management, or commercial experience
Strong communication and presentation skills
Experience reading plans, preparing quotes, and performing basic math
Ability to perform installations and lift up to 50 lbs
Valid driver's license
Additional Success
One or more years of garage door or commercial sales experience
Bilingual in Spanish a plus
Experience operating boom lifts and scissor lifts
Familiarity with ServiceTitan, ProMaster, or other service ticketing systems

Physical Demands:
Frequently stands, walks, observes, bends and pushes. Must be able to count, communicate, read and write in English. Must be able to: access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area and register area, operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store, climb ladders, move or handle merchandise or supplies throughout the store (generally weighing from 0-25 pounds) and work varied hours/days to oversee store operations. Environment is fast paced and indoor temperature conditions vary.
