Pros of working at Windsor Marketing Group

Lots of OT to pay my bills. Very few specialized help made easy diversification of personal skills and experience.

Cons of working at Windsor Marketing Group

Owner interfered in production procedures constantly. Only the few actually got raises. Shift bumping was the norm. No shift differential. Computers were hopelessly antiquated. Detached management never got in touch with the actual production methods happening and as a result the procedures were unique to the company and not very efficient or profitable.

Windsor Marketing Group benefits

Used to have state of the art equipment before the bankruptcy. Used to have a wonderful late summer picnic at the Polish Club. Used to have a 401K with a very minimal match. Used to have a sturdy client base too.
