Principal Duties/Responsibilities: · Performs expert level break-fix & preventative maintenance. Performs evaluations of alternatives to improve cost and / or reliability of equipment. · Independently performs maintenance as per industry standards. · Works with customer counterparts to optimize maintenance, reliability, and preventative maintenance procedures. · May be required to setup and operate multiple machining operations including but not limited to: lathe, drill press, grinder, and other metalworking tools to make and repair parts. May perform welding tasks. · Conforms and complies with customer contractor codes of conduct, housekeeping standards, and safety processes · Documents work performed in service reports, applicable management systems, and written explanation regarding observation and collected equipment performance data. · Provides assistance to lower level technicians and leadership to project teams. Performs expert functions as a part of training and development. · Troubleshoots and analyzes complex control systems to resolve in-depth software/ hardware and configuration problems. · Utilizes advanced maintenance technologies to collect equipment performance data. Fleet Wash Crew Job Description Priority to thoroughly wash exterior and interior of all types of fleet vehicles using our mobile wash unit. May be called upon to wash and presentation vehicle to customers for transportation or purchase. Perform additional vehicle cleaning when scheduled for extensive wash, detail exterior and interior. Work with common household chemicals. Clear restrooms, toilets, refill supplies. Sweeps, vacuums, mop floors, power wash exterior, cleans windows inside out, and empty any and all trash. Vehicles are inspected to ensure a very high company standard for cleanliness and safety. Company provides a Mobile Auto Wash Unit for efficient ease of washing all vehicle types. Wash Crew staff member must be able to safely, successfully operate and maneuver this Mobile Auto Wash unit. Provide hands on help for mechanics - work as a team player to assist with basic tasks such as bringing parts, clean up, carrying parts or tools. Assist with preparing vehicles for Chauffeurs, warming or cooling during inclement weather, filling basic supplies and necessary customer request items per order. Vehicle preparation and Safety main priorities work in conjunction with Fleet and Chauffeurs to successfully ready vehicles for customer orders. Perform post-trip motor coach, and/or all vehicle type inspections. Safely operate commercial vehicles short distance from shop to parking lot or from wash bay area to lot. Windy City Limousine provides training, safety gear and employee uniforms for daily wear. Shop employees must wear company issued uniform each time your work, including safety vests, glasses, gloves when applicable. Shop Clean Up, cleanliness is every employee's responsibility. Monitor and discard garbage during and prior to ending every shift to prevent hazards. Responsible to keep work area, wash bay, fleet shop and parking area clean and safe.
