Position Title Part-Time AM Pasta Server - Student Dining Job Description * Prepare pasta, sauces, breadsticks, and toppings needed for daily production. * Complete related paperwork to document accurate product usage, and temp logs. * Maintain safe food temperatures throughout meal period. * Rotation of product, clean up and sanitation of area during and after shift. * Perform other duties as requested by management. * 7:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. Monday-Friday; every other weekend 11:00 a.m. - 7:30 p.m. Required Qualifications * Performs the duties in an efficient and positive manner. * Meets the objectives of Ashland University and the needs of the student customer. * Follows state health department guidelines and dress codes. Preferred Qualifications * Detail oriented, reliable as well as a self-starter. * Able to work with little or no supervision. Physical Demands * Bending, lifting, standing for long periods. * Tolerance to extreme heat when working in and around a kitchen environment.
