My manager, coworkers and leads were all so good to work with. Almost everyone gives their all.
There's never ending pressure to catch up and keep up, but we never could because we never knew what the plan was, all our materials were unusable, tools breaking left and right- we don't stand a chance to deliver on promises we didn't usually know were even made. Also, mandatory overtime just feels wildly unethical.
