Position Description:
We are looking for an Environmental Services Technician to be a part of our team at the Wingspan Care Group. The primary responsibility of the Environmental Services Technician is the cleanliness and general environment of the assigned work area. The Director of Environmental Services will provide specific assignments for each work area.
Responsibilities Include:
Daily cleaning of the assigned work area
Clean and sanitize restrooms including toilets, face bowls, counter tops, floors, vents
Responsible for inspection and security of buildings. Supervisor must be notified of security problems or needed repairs.
Inspect and sweep entrances and clean ash trays
Machine scrub Residential restrooms' floors twice a week
Speed buff floors as directed

Set-up and breakdown of events, which could include moving of tables, chairs and/or food.
Employees are responsible for keeping tools, cleaning supplies and chemicals safe. This includes everything from screwdrivers, to Windex, to paint thinner. Hand tools, cleaning supplies and chemicals of any sort are not to be left unattended. Employees are responsible for returning these items to where they got them from and securing them when they have completed using either chemicals or tools.

SUMMARY:
The Intake Specialist engages members and/ or member families to offer care coordination services through OhioRISE and initiates the completion of the (Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths) CANS assessment and intake paperwork. The Intake Specialist is a key member of the Care Management Entity (CME) to help members get connected to OhioRISE services and improve the lives of families and members served.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Initiate clinical assessment (CANS) based on verbal, written, and/or face-to-face interviews to determine appropriate level of treatment for client.
Manage a diverse caseload of all types of referrals, representing the Agency's service array.
Provide face-to-face admission with clients and guardian. Entails completing all required clinical and administrative paperwork.

Make recommendations of agencies in the community or across the country should the need arise if Bellefaire JCB is unable to cover the needed service.

Position Description:
The Campus Safety Officer plays a vital role in maintaining a secure and welcoming environment at various Agencies. This position involves regular patrols-both on foot and by vehicle-to ensure the safety and well-being of students, faculty, staff, and visitors. Officers monitor suspicious activities, enforce campus policies, respond to emergencies, and assist individuals in need. Effective communication, situational awareness, and commitment to community engagement are essential.
Responsibilities Include:
Conduct proactive patrols to deter and detect potential threats or hazards.
Respond swiftly to incidents and coordinate with local law enforcement when necessary.
Aid during medical emergencies and evacuations.
Offer directions and support to campus community members.
Document incidents and maintain detailed reports.
Serve as a visible presence to promote safety and build trust across campus.
Assist the Safety & Security department in special projects and monitoring.
Attend scheduled staff meetings, supervision, and on-going training.
Maintain current, all required training courses, certifications and licensures in accordance with applicable licensing and accreditation regulations and standards.
Respect the privacy of clients and hold in confidence all information obtained during the client's treatment. All agency documents should be handled in accordance with Agency guidelines on confidential material.
Maintain high standards of ethical and professional conduct and adhere to Agency policies and procedures.
Other duties as assigned by management.
