Wingstop CEO and leadership

Charles R. Morrison is Chairman of our board of directors and has served as our President and Chief Executive Officer since June 2012, and a member of our board of directors, since September 2012. Prior to joining Wingstop, Charlie was Chief Executive Officer of Rave Restaurant Group, a publicly traded international pizza chain, from January 2007 to June 2012. Charlie has also held multiple senior leadership positions during his more than 20 years of restaurant experience, including serving as President of Steak & Ale and The Tavern Restaurants for Metromedia Restaurant Group, as well as various management positions at Kinko’s, Boston Market and Pizza Hut.

Michael J. Skipworth has served as Chief Financial Officer since August 2017. Michael joined the Company in December 2014 as Vice President, Corporate Controller, and has served as Vice President of Finance since January 2016. From September 2010 to November 2014, Mr. Skipworth served as Vice President, Corporate Controller at Cardinal Logistics Holdings, LLC, where he was promoted to Senior Vice President of Finance and Accounting, serving in that role until he joined Wingstop Inc. Previously, Mr. Skipworth was an audit senior manager at KPMG, LLP. He is a certified public accountant.

Marisa J. Carona is a VP, Strategy and Chief of Staff at WINGSTOP INC..

Stacy Peterson Androes has served as Chief Technology Officer since May 2020. Stacy originally joined Wingstop in September of 2013 and served in a number of technology, operations and consumer experience roles as both the CIO and CXO. During her brief hiatus from Wingstop, Stacy served as the CIO for Service King, a Blackstone Portfolio Company, where she led business transformation initiatives through system automation and centralization. Prior to Wingstop, Stacy held technology leadership roles at Kinko's/FedEx Office and CBRE.
