What a day in the life for a Restaurant General Manger can look like: Control profitability by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining property inventory levels, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions. Overview An Assistant General Manager is responsible for supporting the Restaurant Manager, Shift leaders and Team. They perform all duties of the Restaurant Manager in their absence.
