Pros of working at Winking Lizard Tavern

Flexible work schedule with an easy going fun work environment. Can be extremely fast paced at times but certainly manageable. Very popular North East Ohio restaurant and is always busy. Excellent and diverse menu and made with quality in mind.

Cons of working at Winking Lizard Tavern

Staff turnover is high but this is par for the food service industry in general. Nobody wants to work anymore and when they don't always get their way they leave. Benefits are available after one year but most don't opt for them.
