Dual Rotary Drillers are responsible for safety on the job site of all crew members,
· Perform and supervise the safe loading and securing of materials (casing, supplies, equipment) for transport.
· Carry out pre-trip inspections and maintain cleanliness of the job site and vehicles.
· Perform drilling using the Dual Rotary (DR) system (simultaneous rotation of drill rods and advancement of casing).
· Adjust drilling parameters based on ground conditions.
· Manage drill rods and casing (adding/removing, alignment, sealing).
· Monitor drilling progress and detect anomalies (depth, stability, fluid losses).
· Perform daily maintenance on drill rigs, trucks, and equipment (including greasing and refueling).
· Record drill cuttings as required by the project.
· Maintain accurate daily reports and communicate with the crew supervisor.
· Perform steel welding and oxy-acetylene cutting of steel pipe.

Summary
CSS Farms is seeking Seasonal Farm Workers to assist in the harvest of potatoes.
This position supports the farm doing general farm labor in preparation for harvest. Duties may involve grading potatoes, cleaning, shipping, and other duties as assigned. We will train the right person! Employees that complete the entire harvest season with us may be eligible for an end-of-season bonus.

Responsibilities
Clean, wax, polish, refurbish and detail vehicles that were collision damaged, as well as old and new vehicles.
Inspect finished products to ensure the highest quality service.
Understand and deliver on specific customer requirements.
Maintain proper function of all service tools and equipment.
Directly report any damage to the supervising manager in a clear and timely fashion.
Coordinate and arrange work effectively with team members.
Maintain excellent standards and quality of service to positively represent the organization.
Other duties as assigned.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Standing/walking for short distances: up to entire work shift on hard surfaces.
Sitting: Up to 1/4 of work shift including in vehicles
Carrying: frequently, up to 20 pounds for up to 200 feet; occasionally, up to 50 pounds for up to 20 feet.
Lifting: frequently, up 50 pounds; occasionally, up to 100 pounds.
Pushing/pulling: frequently, up to 50 pounds force.
Bending and twisting: frequently, to access all areas and parts of vehicles.
Squatting/kneeling: occasionally, on hard and soft surfaces.
Climbing: occasionally, ladders to six feet.
Reaching above shoulder height: frequently.
Hearing capability adequate to interpret vehicle noises for diagnosis and proper operation.
Sight adequate to perform duties, operate vehicles, and identify shop conditions and hazards.
