The Senior Originator role is a buyer position responsible for purchasing sunflower and flax commodities from producer customers and maintaining and enhancing grower relationships. This role will strive to drive cost efficiency in purchasing decisions, utilize and enhance marketing services to producers, accurately purchase the correct commodity specifications to contribute to market share gains. Originators contribute to the daily operations and provide support for the department to maximize efficiencies that will directly contribute to the profitability of Scoular by working collaboratively with the purchasing team. This role will partner closely with the logistics team, accounting team, merchandisers and facility/plant staff.
* Make buying decisions and develop strong working relationships with producers.
* Partner with merchandising team to plan, develop and implement purchasing strategies and tactics.
* Knowledgeable of Scoular's risk management tools and digital interaction tools.
* Understand local producer trends and communicate updates and insights to broader team.
* Manage IP program purchases, and production based purchase contracts.
* Execution of purchase contracts with accurate documentation, reconciling balances with customers and ensuring contract compliance.
* Proficient in Scoular systems, tools, reports (ScoularView, Power BI, CTRM, Field Direct, LMS etc.). ·
* Awareness and understanding of marketing alternatives and digital tools used to make purchasing decisions, as well as enhance and manage producer relationships.
* Ensure customers stay within Scoular Trade Finance's counter party limits.
* Develop an understanding of logistics and supply chain management, truck/rail execution, and commodity arbitrage by assisting the team with logistics planning and strategy and coordinating logistics and transportation for sunflower/flax shipments.
* Enhance and leverage relationships with the freight providers.
* Grow knowledge of systems and procedures that document and support executions.
* Maintain strong working relationships with farm producers by providing credible and trustworthy marketing services that contributes to the company's excellent customer service image in the farming community.
* Planning producer outreach needs based on the purchase requirement priorities, as well as queries from the system on producers, commodities and target prices.
* Identify and develop new relationships with new producers to grow our network.

JOB GOAL:
The EHS Home Visitor's primary goal is to provide a positive environment for Early Head Start children who qualify for the Early Head Start Program and their families. The Home Visitor will provide intervention that will encourage the child to be successful and improve their self-image.
The primary goal of the Case Manager is to work with the Early Head Start families. The Case Manager will provide services in the six areas (Social Services, Nutrition, Health, Mental Health, Disabilities/Education and Parent Involvement). The Case Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing the family partnership agreements to the families in their caseload.
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Home Visitor
Serve as a program coordinator in assigned home visiting areas.
Prepare and carry out weekly lesson plans.
Supervise the activities of children in an educational environment, which is safe, healthy, enriching and conducive to the maximum social and cognitive development of each child.
Home Visitor must visit each family a minimum of 44 home visits per year.
Help families complete the goals and needs as indicated on the Family Partnership Agreement.
Prepare schedules and plans for the most effective use of volunteers; supervise the activities of volunteers on-site according to plans.
On home visits, make sure parents are informed of activities, given a calendar of activities, obtain signatures on consent forms and carry-over benefits of Early Head Start activities into the home.

Assist in recruitment and enrollment of EHS children under the direction of Policy Council and the HS/EHS Director and assistant director.

Case Manager
Will serve assigned families in providing services to meet their needs
Help families evaluate their needs and prioritize those needs.
Make a minimum of 44 home visits per year.
Provide services that will allow families to become independent enough to ask for
assistance when needed.
Evaluate the families on their caseloads for health and medical needs. This will require making sure families receive their immunizations and screenings within the time limits stated by Early Head Start and follow the schedule of EPSDT.
Develop knowledge of community services and make referrals to these agencies for their families.
Serve as an advocate for their families on their caseload.
Encourage participation in the education and activities of their child in Early Head Star
Ensure accurate and effective record keeping of the families.
Collaborate with the EHS program manager, and families in the development of events and activities, which ensure the program's emphasis upon total family development.
Assist parents to conduct "self help" and life enriching programs for themselves; e.g., education and parenting skills, health care, mental health, job preparedness training, and cultural activities.
Have a minimum of twenty-four group socialization activities per year for students.

GENERAL FUNCTION: To demonstrate the skills necessary to construct and maintain the electric distribution system by providing high quality electric service to all customers. EDUCATION: High school graduate plus advanced trade knowledge equivalent to one or more years of apprenticeship is required. Previous work experience as a lineman or a certificate in electric power distribution or electrical power technology from a technical school fulfills this requirement.
EXPERIENCE:
A minimum of one year of experience in construction and maintenance of electric utility system or other related fields is preferred.
JOB KNOWLEDGE:
Must possess general knowledge of all operational aspects of electrical transmission and distribution systems within a reasonable time span. Must become familiar with the Company Safety Manual, Construction Specifications, Approved List of Materials, National Electric Safety Code, OSHA Rules and Regulations, and the National Electric Code within a reasonable time span.
ABILITIES AND SKILLS:
Must have a basic understanding of the construction and operation of an electrical distribution system and the ability to learn and apply construction standards. Should be skilled in the areas of teamwork, organizing, planning, and following directions to enhance the efforts of the crew. Must have customer service skills and possess good writing, verbal, and interpersonal skills. Good math aptitude required. Will be required to complete the Midwest Energy Apprentice Lineman Program. Must demonstrate the aptitude and ability to pass all Company certification requirement tests. Experience in the use of personal computers is preferred (working knowledge of Word and Excel applications). A valid Kansas Drivers License (CDL Class A) is required.
Student: High school diploma is required. Post-secondary education in related field is preferred. Within six months, the individual must obtain Company climbing certificate and acquire a Commercial Drivers License Class A with a medical card. Individual must be able to demonstrate a basic understanding of the construction and operation of an electrical distribution system and the ability to learn and apply construction standards.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Major portion of workday involves general activities of line construction, including construction and maintenance. Approximately 30% of the workday is spent standing, 30% sitting and/or driving and another 40% walking. Linemen will occasionally lift up to 100 lbs. Carrying up to 50 lbs. is done occasionally. This is a safety sensitive position and is subject to drug testing. Individual must have the ability to perform work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner. Subject to call 24 hours per day, including weekends and holidays. Subject to long periods of work. Work involves outside work in all types of weather.

JOB GOAL:
The primary role of the Early Childhood Special Education Paraprofessional is to aid in the implementation of the Individual Education Program for the identified preschool child under the supervision of certified personnel. During the performance of duties assigned to an Early Childhood Special Education Paraprofessional, other staff members may share confidential information and/or make confidential information available to the paraprofessional. It is imperative that any information learned about children or families because of your special job must be kept confidential and not shared beyond requirements of the job.
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Display knowledge of normal developmental milestones and how this relates to exceptional children (birth to school age).
Under supervision, aid in the implementation of activities to help the child achieve short-term objectives.
Be responsible for implementing activities and techniques needed by an individual child to meet his short-term objective.
Be responsible for following weekly lesson activities.
Be responsible for appropriate data collection necessary for accountability.
Document articles, toys, and messages given to the child's family.
Be responsible for the physical safety of each child, while working with him or her.
Assist in making of necessary materials and in preparation for activities for program implementation.
Assist with storage and sterilization of instructional material.
Provide oral and written feedback to appropriate individuals on the performance of the child.
Familiarize themselves with information concerning the child's strengths and weaknesses as well as those of the child's family. Be aware of and support the family as they go through various stages of living with an exceptional child regardless of social economic status or value systems.
Attend staff meetings and participate in in-services.
Be a community spokesperson and/or resource for preschool development and special education, when appropriate.
Assist in screenings as necessary.
Maintain a log of activities as directed to meet local, state, and/or federal guidelines.
Perform any other duties as directed.
PHYSICAL ABILITIES:
Exhibit manual dexterity to dial a telephone, to enter data into a computer, to see and read a computer screen and printed materials with or without vision aids; hear and understand speech at normal office levels, outdoors and on the telephone; speak in audible tones so others may understand clearly in the business environment, outdoors and on the telephone; and physical agility to reach overhead.
Ability to move between schools, school buildings, office areas and multiple rooms.
Ability to interact cooperatively with others.

Summary:

Provide consultation and clinical supervision to PTAs.
Directly supervise PTA and Rehab Tech in skilled tasks during group and individual treatment in a manner that promotes efficient and effective utilization of resources and facilitates the ongoing development of clinical skills in accordance with State Practice Acts, Omnibus Reconciliation Act (OBRA), and Reliant Rehabilitation policy.
Build a strong physical therapy program
Enhance clinical expertise, professional and management skills through interaction with managers, therapists and other professional staff, self-study, and other continuing education activities.
Maintain a valid state license. Maintain awareness of issues related to the profession of physical therapy and the health care environment.
