Key Responsibilities:
Project focus on upgrading advanced commercial printers at retail locations
Duties may include replacing printer parts, paper feed, power supply, changing the print head, changing toner drum, transfer belt, image unit
Perform complex upgrades and troubleshooting of printers, servers, hard drives, and monitor systems
Provide on-site technical support to internal or external customers in resolving complex or escalated technology issues on operational or maintenance aspects of system equipment
Install and remove equipment and systems as required
Responsible for day-to-day operation of applications and equipment and serve as a customer contact on technical and service-related problems
Ensure that all schedules, transmission, on-line systems, and problems are resolved in an accurate and timely manner
Serve as a liaison between customers, departments, and within the organization to lead problem resolution and change management processes
Determine the most cost-effective repair / resolution to minimize customer downtime.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
Key skills; Printers, commercial/large printer experience
Minimum 2 to 3 years of field service experience, specifically in commercial printers required
Must be able to do extensive traveling via plane and / or car
Must have commercial / large printer experience; Lexmark printer certification nice to have
Experience working on commercial printers and have an electronics / mechanical aptitude
Working knowledge of Windows operating systems, networks, databases and network security concepts and tools is required
Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office application suite including MS Outlook
Experience with multi-platform Windows O/S required
Working knowledge of Rufus, Windows Server imaging, photo printing experience, ability to troubleshoot system connectivity, Windows configuration
Ability to work independently in a retail environment
Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
Excellent customer service skills and professionalism
Able to communicate effectively both written and verbally, with key stakeholders, leadership, partners, team members, other organizations, and customers

Responsibilities
Managing Project Managers, General Superintendents, and Superintendents.
Allocating, coordinating, and ensuring quality assurance of drafting resources within Business Units.

Qualifications
At least 10 years verifiable experience in heavy, commercial or Agricultural Construction ($30M+) (large agricultural, Hotels, High Rise Office Buildings, Hospitals, etc.).
Proven leadership and supervisory skills with responsibility of managing numerous superintendents and general superintendents with projects that are ongoing simultaneously.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
Versed in the industry and the Company's competitors.
Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary.
Physical Requirements

Exterior Duties:
Uses presoak, brushes, and pressure washer to wash the exterior of the motorcoach/vehicle.
Scrubs all wheels and tires, scrubs bugs off the front of the bus, and scrubs the back of the bus for oil.
Squeegees down all windows.
Use cleaning rags to wipe down exterior windows and mirror glass.
Interior Duties:
Clean inside of vehicle to include overhead luggage bins, seats, kick panels and footrests.
Clean all windows and window frames.
Sweep and mop floors of vehicle.
Clean complete lavatory area.
Clean Driver compartment area.
Other Duties:
Ensures interior supply boxes are appropriately stocked.
Ensures miscellaneous finishing touches are completed (i.e., wastebaskets are emptied and cleaned, place lost items in lost and found, spray air freshener, etc.)
Drives motorcoaches/vehicles into and out of the bay.
At end of shift, washes down all floors, hangs up all hoses, and performs all other assigned end of shift procedures.

Must be able to use power wash machine and use repetitive motion with machine and wash brushes, squeegees, etc.

Norfolk Crush is a facility that processes 110k bushels of soybeans daily into soybean oil, soybean meal, and soy hull pellets. Operators will operate the plant both physically in the field and by computer control. This includes monitoring of the flow of materials through the process and ensuring the highest quality standards and put through. Operators will work through 9 level progressions starting with level 1A where subsequent levels of pay and qualification can be obtained, evaluated every 6 months.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Day-to-day operations of the plant, including hitting daily production targets, communication of maintenance issues, assisting maintenance, ensuring quality targets are met, assisting in project design and implementation, and daily cleaning.
Provide operational information of the plant including product inventories and quality.

The Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) is looking for you to join our team and become one of our outstanding Service Coordinators within the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD). DDD provides funding and oversight of services to persons served within the Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) waiver program to include persons with disabilities, including physical or persons with intellectual/developmental disabilities, children with special health care needs, or the aging. A successful candidate is someone who can manage diverse relationships, is action oriented, communicates effectively and is organized.
In this position, you will serve as a case manager for people who have been determined eligible for the Aged and Disabled Waiver.
As a Service Coordinator, you will:
* Coordinate and oversee the delivery of services
* Conduct assessments and eligibility determinations
* Develop plans of services and supports
* Provide appropriate referrals
* Monitor provision of services
* Ensure health, welfare, and safety of those we support
Requirements / Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and professional experience in: education, psychology, social work, sociology, human services, or a related field and experience in services or programs for person with intellectual or other developmental disabilities. Related experience, coursework, training and/or education may substitute for the Bachelor's degree on a year-for-year basis.
(Consideration will be given to applicants who will graduate within 90 days of application.)
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with developing person centered plans, completing assessments, habilitation, program implementation, team and meeting facilitation, experience in Word, Excel, Outlook, Nfocus and Therap. Experience in services or programs for people with special healthcare needs.
Other: Possess a valid driver's license and have immediate access to a reliable vehicle. A state vehicle may be provided dependent upon office location
