Our MaineHealth Congenital Heart - Augusta | MaineHealth is looking for a Patient Service Specialist (PSS) to be the welcoming face and voice of our practice. As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a vital role in creating a positive experience and supporting smooth daily operations.
What you'll do:
* Greet patients with warmth and professionalism
* Manage patient scheduling, check-in, and check-out processes
* Answer phones and assist with appointment coordination
