Assists in maintaining Marketplace inventory, orders, stocks, and rotates items. Dates all perishable items upon delivery. Keeps condiments filled. Keeps kitchen clean to include floors walls, ceiling tiles, equipment (inside & out) as well as deep cleaning projects such as fryers, grease traps, shelves and walls.
