ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Creative Paid Media Collaboration & Strategy
Contribute to the planning, management, and optimization of paid media creative campaigns across social and digital platforms.
Bring channel knowledge and insights to guide targeting, creative selection, and campaign testing.
Partner with agencies and internal teams to ensure paid strategies are aligned with broader marketing goals-particularly within social, messaging, and creative initiatives.

Content Development & Distribution
Oversee creation and distribution of blog, web, and supporting copy that drive traffic, build affinity, and enhance SEO.
Ensure content supports social and paid efforts while maintaining brand alignment.
Partner with product and events teams to highlight seasonal offers, promotions, and initiatives.
Collaborate with creative and photo/video teams to ensure content quality and alignment.
Messaging & Copywriting
Write and edit copy for ads, social posts, blogs, email, and web as needed.
Provide messaging frameworks and templates to ensure consistency across campaigns and products.
Support freelance or internal contributors with direction and editing as needed.
Analytics & Optimization
Use analytics platforms (Meta Business Suite, Sprout, Google Analytics, Tableau) to monitor social, content, and paid performance.
Deliver regular reports on KPIs, engagement, and revenue impact.
Apply insights to refine strategies and optimize results across channels.
Leadership
Manage, mentor, and develop the Social Media & Content Specialist.
Foster a collaborative, creative, and accountable marketing culture.
Partner cross-functionally with operations, product, PR, and guest services to ensure marketing aligns with resort needs.
Lead assigned marketing initiatives from concept through execution, ensuring collaboration across teams and effectively achieving resort goals.

WAGE:
The base pay range below represents the low and high end of Winter Park Resorts' salary pay range for this position. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, merit system, quantity or quality of production, responsibilities, and regular and/or necessary travel. The range listed is just one component of Winter Park Resorts' total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include many region-specific benefits.
Salary Range: $67K to $76K annually.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Facilities Crew Member will follow all Winter Park policies and procedures, all applicable laws (federal, state, and local), and all health and sanitation codes. The primary responsibility for this position is to provide janitorial and bussing service to base and mountain facilities, special event assignments, assisting guests in a friendly and helpful manner, and assisting other departments when necessary. ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Help establish work priorities in conjunction with supervisor, other departments, and overlap between day/night/mountain leaders, then assigns members through daily cleaning schedules and/or the section board.
Complete daily checklists, work orders, and other operational paperwork.
Enters all hours worked into appropriate accounts, tardiness and absences of each employee on the computer program.

Position Summary
The Procurement System Administrator is the lead administrator and functional owner of the Coupa procurement platform for all requisitioning, purchasing, cataloging, and guided-buying activity. This role ensures the system is configured, maintained, and optimized to support Aspen One's procurement policies, controls, compliance, and operational scalability. This individual partners with Procurement Operations, Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Enablement, Accounts Payable, and IT to enable a robust, enterprise-grade Procure-to-Pay operating model-helping ensure efficient, compliant, and scalable procurement processes. This role reports to the Procurement Operations Manager.
The budgeted salary range for this position is $74,500 to $94,500. Actual pay will be dependent on budget and experience; all our salaried roles are eligible for bonus.

Essential Job Functions
Configure and maintain Coupa modules for requisitions, purchase orders (POs), catalogs, sourcing, approvals, workflows, and user roles/permissions

Position Summary
The Accountant is responsible for all accounting functions for all assigned portfolios within a sector of the business. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with accounting regulations. This role involves preparing balance sheets, income statements, and other financial documents, while also conducting audits and reconciliations. This position reports to the Senior Accounting Manager.
The hourly range for this position is $25.45 - $35.70/hr. Actual pay will be dependent on budget and experience.

Will manage the class programs of the Freeski Park and Pipe Competition Center training groups. ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Recruit, organize, and manage program coaching staff including staff scheduling, performance planning, and evaluation.
Assist to hire, train, manage alpine administration staff within budget, promote efficiency, and keep workload manageable

Communicate effectively with parents and athletes.
Prepare and implement technical teaching progressions, methodologies and content for daily training for athletes in conjunction with Program Senior Manager/Director.

The IT Analyst- HR Systems will work in partnership with Aspen One's HRIS and Payroll department to provide functional and technical guidance on the Kronos Workforce Dimensions platform. POSITION SUMMARY
The Enterprise Network Operations Manager is responsible for the daily oversight, performance, reliability, availability, and scalability of the enterprise networking environment. This role leads a team of talented network administrators and other network operations professionals in operating, managing, monitoring, and driving continual improvement across all components of our networking environment and ensures reliable connectivity across all resort, data center and cloud sites across North America, including SDWAN, firewalls, core/distribution/access switching, WiFi environments, and the logical design and management overlays of each.
The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, mature monitoring and observability to inform SLA metrics and KPIs, and partner with architecture, shared services, and resort operations teams to support strategic business and technology goals. Specifically, this role is responsible for rigorous Network IT Service Management delivery including incident, problem, request and change management, as well as continual service improvement, proactive configuration/lifecycle management, and financial performance. This role ensures alignment of operational standards between the Enterprise Network Operations team and independent local resort network teams/resources. Additionally, this role is accountable for technology budgets/financial administration related to Enterprise Networking, including all enterprise networking vendor contracts and expenditure, including manufacturer, reseller, and managed service provider relationships.
The successful leader in this role will be acutely focused on the development, mentorship, and management of their team, empowering growth, leading by example, engendering amazing employee experience, and creating value as a critical shared services function supporting complex business functions across our broad portfolio.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
General Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of network administrators, analysts, and other network operations personnel responsible for 24x7 network operations and project execution, setting clear priorities and measures of success for the department.
Develop team members in pursuit of their career goals, and work with other IT leaders to find opportunities to grow and support the broader IT team.
Oversee the health, capacity, security, and performance of all network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, SD-WAN, WiFi, VPN, cloud networking, and data circuits.
Own IT Service Management processes for the Networking team, including incident, problem, request, and change management, including timely response, robust communications, root cause analysis, and corrective action plans to ensure continual improvement in our service delivery.
Collaborate with the Architecture and Engineering team to define patterns, ensure operational viability, repeatability and scalability through technology/vendor evaluation, design, engineering and implementation of cloud, data center and resort-based networks including WAN, LAN, wireless, and network security solutions.
Establish runbooks in compliance with our security operations and internal audit requirements and ensure alignment to best practices and compliance frameworks (PCI, SOX, etc) for the networking technology domain.
Maintain and enhance network monitoring, alerting, logging, and observability platforms. Leverage automations and scripting to optimize tasks, improve reliability, and reduce time to resolution.
Ensure accurate and maintained documentation for physical and logical diagramming, wiki articles, and support channels.
Oversee the implementation, operationalization, and documentation of new Enterprise Network infrastructure including M&A, capital expansion, and tech refresh/technical debt addressment initiatives.
Create and maintain strong relationships with enterprise and resort-based teams to ensure compelling and effective engagement in priority projects and other technology discussions.
Act as point of escalation for networking and other infrastructure issues and incidents.
Manage annual operating budgets, financial administration and reporting for Enterprise Network Operations.
Work closely with IT Security, Compliance & Privacy to set and enforce standards, operational processes, and policies.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Capabilities and Technology Skills:
Proven track record managing complex and highly technical networking ecosystems including delegation of complex work streams to direct reports, outside team members, and third-party contractors and vendors.
Demonstrated experience managing a technically and regionally diverse team, with a focus on performance management, capability development, and improving team processes by leading through example.
Expert-level knowledge and experience in Cisco and Meraki routing, switching, identity services, automation, and WiFi technologies with demonstrated ability to track and understand emerging vendor strategies and roadmaps and their relevancy to the organization's needs.
Expert-level knowledge in Palo Alto Next Generation Firewall technologies including inspection, awareness, IPS, AMP, SSL/TLS, Identity Access Control, URL filtering, Segmentation, and the path towards Zero Trust.
Expert level knowledge of all layers of networking and specific in-depth experience with switching, routing technologies and protocols such as EIGRP, BGP, and OSPF, and transport layer technology
Comprehensive understanding and expertise across networking concepts and constructs including SDWAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP, Load Balancing, and cloud-based access, auth, and overlay technologies.
Expert-level knowledge in monitoring, logging, and broad observability platforms, including automations, alerting, and scripting for fail over monitoring and management.
Extensive experience in stakeholder management, including excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Demonstrated ability to work with financials, funding proposals, procurement processes, accounts payable/receivable, and forecasting models.
Functional knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud services with practical experience using Azure networking constructs.

EDUCATION & CERTIFICATION
Required:

Position Summary
The Director of Accounting, Revenue Assurance is accountable for oversight of revenue integrity, point-of-sale accuracy, cash and inventory controls for Aspen Skiing Company, Aspen One and Aspen Ventures. This role establishes payment processing governance, ensures adherence to PCI standards, and leads efforts to mitigate revenue leakage and transaction risk. This role provides leadership, control governance, and audit ownership while managing the revenue assurance functions. This role will report to the Corporate Controller.
The budgeted salary range for this position is $140,000 to $160,000. Actual pay will be dependent on budget and experience; all our salaried roles are eligible for bonus.

Essential Job Functions/Key Job Responsibilities
Own governance and oversight of credit card processing, settlement integrity, and fee structures across all locations
Ensure compliance with Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards and internal payment security policies
Design and enforce fraud prevention and detection controls related to POS, cash handling, and payment processing
Review trends in chargebacks, declines, refunds, and unusual transaction patterns
Provide oversight and review of cash over/short trends, variances, and corrective actions
Approve and monitor F&B inventory transfer policies and recurring entries
Oversee inventory adjustment policies and validate Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) integrity
Own governance over F&B sales tax methodology, service charges, and tax compliance
Review and approve treatment of comps, house charges, and resort charges
Ensure point-of-sale configuration integrity and revenue completeness controls
Review house service charge/tips allocation policies and procedures
Perform trend analysis across revenue, cash, inventory, and margin KPIs
Own audit responses and documentation related to revenue, cash, inventory, and POS controls
Manage and develop the revenue assurance team
Partner with Operations, IT, Payroll, and Accounting leadership to resolve systemic issues
Other duties as assigned for all roles
Qualifications
Education & Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree in accounting required
7+ years of experience in accounting, audit, revenue assurance, or hospitality finance
CPA preferred
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Strong knowledge of accounting systems and controls
Proficient knowledge of PCI standards
Proficient mathematical and analytical skills
Proficient organizational and leadership abilities
Integrity and reliability
Advanced Excel skills
Attention to detail
Skills in leading a team, providing direction, and motivating employees to reach their goals
