POSITION SUMMARY:
Are you a strategic marketer who thrives at the intersection of creativity, data, and execution? Winter Park Resort is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead initiatives across social media, paid media, and content marketing. This role blends hands-on execution with big-picture strategy - ensuring our brand stories connect with the right audiences, through the right channels, at the right time.
The Marketing Manager will oversee channel planning and execution across social (organic + paid), digital content, and campaign initiatives, aligning closely with resort goals. This position reports to the Senior Manager of Creative Strategy & Content and plays a key leadership role on a collaborative, insight-driven marketing team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Creative Paid Media Collaboration & Strategy
Contribute to the planning, management, and optimization of paid media creative campaigns across social and digital platforms.
Bring channel knowledge and insights to guide targeting, creative selection, and campaign testing.
Partner with agencies and internal teams to ensure paid strategies are aligned with broader marketing goals-particularly within social, messaging, and creative initiatives.
Monitor performance metrics, share insights, and make recommendations to improve ROI, effectiveness, and efficiency.
Oversee the creation and management of a content calendar to ensure consistent posting, alignment with marketing priorities, and timely campaign execution across platforms.
Social Media Strategy & Management
Lead the development and execution of social media strategy across Winter Park Resort and Trestle Bike Park accounts
Oversee the content calendar to ensure social posts support campaigns, product launches, events, and brand storytelling.
Manage community engagement, fostering guest relationships and protecting brand voice during sensitive situations.
Collaborate with the Content team, PR team, and other partners to produce compelling, timely content.
Stay current on platform trends and innovations, testing new formats and strategies to keep the brand competitive.
Content Development & Distribution
Oversee creation and distribution of blog, web, and supporting copy that drive traffic, build affinity, and enhance SEO.
Ensure content supports social and paid efforts while maintaining brand alignment.
Partner with product and events teams to highlight seasonal offers, promotions, and initiatives.
Collaborate with creative and photo/video teams to ensure content quality and alignment.
Messaging & Copywriting
Write and edit copy for ads, social posts, blogs, email, and web as needed.
Provide messaging frameworks and templates to ensure consistency across campaigns and products.
Support freelance or internal contributors with direction and editing as needed.
Analytics & Optimization
Use analytics platforms (Meta Business Suite, Sprout, Google Analytics, Tableau) to monitor social, content, and paid performance.
Deliver regular reports on KPIs, engagement, and revenue impact.
Apply insights to refine strategies and optimize results across channels.
Leadership
Manage, mentor, and develop the Social Media & Content Specialist.
Foster a collaborative, creative, and accountable marketing culture.
Partner cross-functionally with operations, product, PR, and guest services to ensure marketing aligns with resort needs.
Lead assigned marketing initiatives from concept through execution, ensuring collaboration across teams and effectively achieving resort goals.

WAGE:
The base pay range below represents the low and high end of Winter Park Resorts' salary pay range for this position. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, merit system, quantity or quality of production, responsibilities, and regular and/or necessary travel. The range listed is just one component of Winter Park Resorts' total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include many region-specific benefits.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Facilities Crew Member will follow all Winter Park policies and procedures, all applicable laws (federal, state, and local), and all health and sanitation codes. The primary responsibility for this position is to provide janitorial and bussing service to base and mountain facilities, special event assignments, assisting guests in a friendly and helpful manner, and assisting other departments when necessary. ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Help establish work priorities in conjunction with supervisor, other departments, and overlap between day/night/mountain leaders, then assigns members through daily cleaning schedules and/or the section board.
Complete daily checklists, work orders, and other operational paperwork.
Enters all hours worked into appropriate accounts, tardiness and absences of each employee on the computer program.

Position Summary
The Accountant is responsible for all accounting functions for all assigned portfolios within a sector of the business. Position Summary
The Procurement System Administrator is the lead administrator and functional owner of the Coupa procurement platform for all requisitioning, purchasing, cataloging, and guided-buying activity. Qualifications
Education & Experience Requirements

The Senior Director of People Technology & Data Insights is a people leader and delivery-focused Senior Director responsible for translating Workday strategy into high-quality, scalable execution. Position Summary
The IT Applications Manager will be responsible for the oversight, planning, and management of the business applications portfolio for Aspen Hospitality (AH), including system selection and implementation. This position reports to the VP of IT.

• Manage, support, and evolve the AH applications portfolio with a focus on the creation of business value by matching business goals with IT solutions

Position Summary
The IT Analyst- HR Systems will work in partnership with Aspen One's HRIS and Payroll department to provide functional and technical guidance on the Kronos Workforce Dimensions platform. The main focus for this role will be on supporting the Kronos platform for HR and Payroll. ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Recruit, organize, and manage program coaching staff including staff scheduling, performance planning, and evaluation.

**Job Requirements:**
+ 5-8 years of professional Business Analyst experience in an Agile/Scrum software development environment.

The expected Total Compensation for this role is $95,630.58 - $110,000 + annual Bonus. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.

Position Summary
The Director of Accounting, Revenue Assurance is accountable for oversight of revenue integrity, point-of-sale accuracy, cash and inventory controls for Aspen Skiing Company, Aspen One and Aspen Ventures. This role establishes payment processing governance, ensures adherence to PCI standards, and leads efforts to mitigate revenue leakage and transaction risk. This role provides leadership, control governance, and audit ownership while managing the revenue assurance functions. This role will report to the Corporate Controller.
The budgeted salary range for this position is $140,000 to $160,000. Actual pay will be dependent on budget and experience; all our salaried roles are eligible for bonus.

Essential Job Functions/Key Job Responsibilities
Own governance and oversight of credit card processing, settlement integrity, and fee structures across all locations
Ensure compliance with Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards and internal payment security policies
Design and enforce fraud prevention and detection controls related to POS, cash handling, and payment processing
Review trends in chargebacks, declines, refunds, and unusual transaction patterns
Provide oversight and review of cash over/short trends, variances, and corrective actions
Approve and monitor F&B inventory transfer policies and recurring entries
Oversee inventory adjustment policies and validate Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) integrity
Own governance over F&B sales tax methodology, service charges, and tax compliance
Review and approve treatment of comps, house charges, and resort charges
Ensure point-of-sale configuration integrity and revenue completeness controls
Review house service charge/tips allocation policies and procedures
Perform trend analysis across revenue, cash, inventory, and margin KPIs
Own audit responses and documentation related to revenue, cash, inventory, and POS controls
Manage and develop the revenue assurance team
Partner with Operations, IT, Payroll, and Accounting leadership to resolve systemic issues
Other duties as assigned for all roles
Qualifications
Education & Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree in accounting required
7+ years of experience in accounting, audit, revenue assurance, or hospitality finance
CPA preferred
