- Providing excellent service to our guests by greeting guests and issuing rental items upon payment.
- Participate in set-up, arranging inventory, and informing of any inventory deficiency or shortages.
- Records transactions via the point of sale system and informs guests of the amounts owed.
- Cleaning and maintaining the areas for guest use.
- Communicates problems to superiors, while showing initiative in handling routine matters and emergencies.
- Continually remains vigilant to the needs of the equipment, the department, and the guests and react to those needs in the safest manner while maintaining quality service.
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and any major stadium events including regular season and any potential playoff Packers games.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members verbally and in written form.
- Must be able to multitask, function in a professional manner under pressure from guests and supervisors.
- Ability to bend, lift, stand and walk for the duration of your shift.
