LOD - Housekeeper FLSA: Non-Exempt / Hourly DEPARTMENT: Housekeeping REPORTS TO: Manager, Housekeeping SUMMARY: Wintergreen Housekeepers are responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, comfortable and tidy environment for both private households and our commercial establishment. Check and clean kitchen; including cabinets, icebox and stove. Unload dishwasher, check for water spots, dry dishes where necessary and put away. Sweep and mop floors. Dust all furniture, tops of pictures and vacuum under furniture. Walls, baseboards, medicine cabinets, under sinks, sliding glass doors and their tracks should all be wiped and orderly. Clean and tidy fireplace area. Ensure unit is secure and locked. Close all windows fully. Be prepared to move around the mountain as check in needs will may vary. Annual cleaning is done once a year and has specific duties assigned. Training will be provided for this detailed work as it becomes available. Keep in contact with the supervisor in charge of your area. Ask for assistance when necessary. Respond to desk attendant inquiries as necessary. Attendant, Tubing FLSA: Non-Exempt REPORTS TO: Lift Operations Manager, Lift/Tubing Supervisor SUMMARY: Assist guests in the Tubing Park. Prepare tubing park for opening, maintain tubing lanes throughout day, ensure safe loading/unloading of guest on the tube, maintain signage, communicate rules, complete required paperwork, check lift tickets, and run tubing lines. POSITION: Winter Competition Teams Coach - Part-Time, Seasonal FLSA: Non-Exempt REPORTS TO: Ski Race Team Manager SUMMARY: Wintergreen Winter Teams is dedicated to making skiing and snowboarding a lifelong passion for our athletes and their families. Our mission is to develop skilled, confident skiers and snowboarders who not only excel in their sport but are inspired to share that passion with others. We focus on creating a safe, supportive environment where fun comes first , and competition is a tool for growth rather than the only goal. Guided by a team of experienced coaches, our athletes develop strong technical skills, learn to compete, and build the confidence to perform at their best-on the hill and beyond. Our program serves over 150 youth athletes each season and relies on a coaching staff of at least 24 dedicated coaches to keep things running smoothly. For the upcoming ski season, we are seeking enthusiastic Introductory, Development, and Competition Coaches for our Race and Freestyle Teams. Pool Maintenance Worker FLSA: Non-Exempt DEPARTMENT: Spa REPORTS TO: Spa Director SUMMARY: To handle the day-to-day operations of the pool. Completing daily pool maintenance such as vacuuming the pool, scrubbing tiles and any other task assigned by the Manager. May occasional help with front desk responsibilities at the spa. Ski - Attendant, Rental Shop FLSA: Non-Exempt REPORTS TO: Manager, Rental Shop SUMMARY: Rental Shop Attendants are responsible for fitting guests with rental equipment, advising them in proper use and care of equipment, and monitoring the return of equipment.
