In collaboration with internal and external deal team members the Employee will participate in all aspects of the Borrower relationship, including initial screening, underwriting and on-going portfolio management. This is an entry level Personal Trust Officer position, responsible for administering personal trust accounts such as testamentary/intervivos trusts, foundations and agency accounts in accordance with terms specified in the trust instrument. Under general guidance from the trust team, opens and maintains estates, trusts, agency accounts and guardianships. Submit formal requests to the Trust Officer for approval. * Coordinate set up, tracking, and monitoring of personal property inventory; real estate, mineral, oil and gas, intellectual properties, and special financial assets. WHAT WILL YOU DO? * Interacts and communicates daily with Regional Closing Manager (RCM) or Industry Closing Manager (ICM) to ensure requirements are understood and met. * Works with RCM or ICM to review loan documents and identify shortfalls. * For internally prepared and attorney prepared loans, communicates to RCM or ICM that their tasks have been completed. * Participates in the review of loan documents and notifies RCM or ICM of any issues or changes. * Conducts initial review of Credit Approval Memo and loan documents and identifies discrepancies.
