Good salary.
All backend support is in India; therefore, US employees work many hours average 12 hour days as a salaried employee to get proper support to develop business and close business. Management is not supportive to worklife balance matters. There is a bias towards women and those who are not pure Indian. Many Indian employees are allowed to actually work a US based job supporting US in India collecting a US paycheck. This is not fair to the overall business and other employees. Terrible benefits. Many medicines are not covered.

Be inclusive. Hire more women and Americans (all types black, white etc). The culture is predominately men. They are sexist toward women. Get diversity training. Learn how to respect and be inclusive. Inviting someone to a meeting just to say you are there, but not including in the prep for meeting is NOT inclusiveness.
By understanding published information on the company, products and services. When I prepped, I did not see many bad reviews, but joining the company was a totally different experience. Lots of unhappy stressed employees who are afraid of management.
