The Director of Marketing and Communications plays a critical leadership role in shaping and advancing the Interdenominational Theological Center's (ITC) voice, visibility, and reputation. Reporting to the Chief Institutional Advancement Officer, the Director is responsible for the strategic development, coordination, and execution of all communications, public relations, and marketing efforts. This role ensures the consistent and impactful delivery of ITC's message to internal and external audiences, supports thought leadership, and strengthens relationships with media, stakeholders, and the public.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in communications or public relations, preferably within higher education, nonprofit, or mission-driven organizations.

Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive (new business Hunter) specialized in the Communications & Media sector. This role is open primarily for the NY/NJ metro areas, with consideration given to candidates in Atlanta and other locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for aggressively pursuing new logo client accounts within the Communications & Media domain. This proactive approach aims at generating significant new client sales that align with strategic, long-term engagements with C-Suite executives. The role involves driving substantial revenue generation with an ambitious target of closing $10-20 million or more in new revenue annually over a two-year period.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies to target, penetrate, and expand greenfield accounts, with the goal of securing Master Service Agreements.
* Engage with and build trusted advisory relationships with key decision-makers across the client organizations to understand their needs and tailor compelling solutions.
* Demonstrate Wipro's end-to-end IT services portfolio including AI, Cloud, Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, and Infrastructure through targeted workshops, boot camps, and executive strategy sessions.
* Leverage partnerships and alliances in cloud, digital technologies, and other ecosystems to create differentiated joint solutions for clients.
* Contribute to forecasting resource requirements aligned with current opportunities and pipeline developments for optimized delivery and execution.
Qualifications
* Proven track record as a Business Development Executive or Sales Executive with a recent/current history of breaking new logos and scaling growth specifically with large-scale Communications & Media clients.
* Experience selling Systems Ingration technologies across diverse IT service lines, with a demonstrated ability to close complex sales deals against defined quotas.
* Strategic understanding of sales patterns, market dynamics, and competitor landscapes in assigned territories, incorporating these insights into business development strategies.
* Strong interpersonal skills combined with an ability to navigate multiple stakeholders in large organizations, influencing buy-in for transformational deals.
* Ability to travel as needed.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $150,000.00 to $210,000.00.
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.

Role & Responsibilities
Desktop Support Technician (Field Services -Onsite)
Perform customer services related to
* Equipment and systems products by troubleshooting problems, resolving problems, interfacing with vendors for in-warranty returns, installing software and entering resolutions into the Service Now Ticketing system.
* Must be able to repair laptop/ Desktop and workstation.
* Maintain, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs hardware and computer peripherals.
* OS Imaging (SCCM) and setup of workstations and the installation and configuration of software and hardware.
* Security compliance adherence for Infra as per customer requirements
* Manage assets Inventory at office, updating Assets Data Base tool, Asset Salvages. receiving and shipping out assets for end users. stockpiling inventory at depot.
* Manage and maintain SLA on the tickets
* Should be flexible for Weekend/holiday support. Ready to travel to support any nearest office location.
Onsite availability during business hours, no WFH

Skills:
* Desktop/Laptop repair / IMAC new setups experience is a must.
* Good verbal communication: ability to solicit and convey moderately complex information and make recommendations.
* Good problem-solving skills, ability to work well with diverse personalities and teams.
* Considerable experience supporting Servers and Handheld Devices.
* Knowledge and experience on Service requests, incident, problem management, Knowledge, and experience of ticketing tools (ServiceNow)
* Ability to set priorities and manage competing objectives.
* Ability to lift at least 50lbs
