A Field Engineer will partner with a Technical Account Manager to create a guided customer journey through all implementation phases, including new customer onboarding, solution architecture strategy, and technical enablement. Responsibilities
Onboard new Striim customers, delivering learning, solution strategy, technical enablement, and implementation guidance during the deployment process.
Lead customer technical teams during development phases to implement best practices and innovate enterprise adoption challenges.
Support the seamless transition from pre-sales prototypes to post-sales production scale experiences.
Collaborate with customer success and account management teams to conduct periodic health checks with customers, ensuring operational excellence with Striim.
Be the Striim product expert, coach, and trusted technical advisor during deployment.
Be the in-house customer champion, coordinating with Striim customer support and stakeholders to drive technical advocacy, product evolution, and technical innovation.
Proactively engage existing Striim customers to realize technology value with further adoption of the Striim platform, demonstrating new applications and use cases for Striim.
Increase internal knowledge base by developing and/or maintaining documentation related to Striim implementations, best practices, and troubleshooting.
Track customer issues, collaborate with support on customer-training-related matters, and work with customer to develop and track product feature requests (PFRs).
Report on the status of key accounts, including escalations, to the manager and Customer Success Manager (if applicable).
Requirements
A successful candidate must be based 100% remotely within in the Continental United States
3+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles, e.g., Sales Engineer/Pre-sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, Data Engineer, Customer Success Engineer
3+ years of experience with database management systems software such as Oracle, MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, and SQL Programming Language
3+ years of experience programming languages such as Java, Python, Shell scripting
3+ years of experience or deep core knowledge of Cloud infrastructure and Data Services such as Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud
Principled knowledge in working with, configuring, and troubleshooting Operating Systems based on Unix/Linux and Windows
Experience working with Message Systems such as Kafka and JMS

Perform on-site forensic field investigations for incidents involving a broad range of Polaris products. What You'll Be Doing
Travel, Troubleshoot, and Take Charge
- Visit project sites across different locations to oversee installations, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure smooth execution.

Project Coordination & Reporting

Research & Innovation
- Stay ahead of industry advancements while traveling learning from different engineering environments.

What We are Looking For
Education & Experience

Mobile / Travelling Field Engineer / Surveyor Opportunity
As an Engineer / Surveyor at XYZ, you'll be wearing the ATOM on daily basis and using it to eliminate construction and design errors on site, which would otherwise lead to costly and time-consuming rework. You'll visualise the design models in holograms through the visor, and provide regular updates of potential clashes/errors in what has been, or is to be, installed by verifying what you're seeing in front of you.
You will be responsible for training new users and staff members, setting up new projects and establishing the on-site workflows with the relevant site teams.
Key Responsibilities
Conducting field inspections using the ATOM (Augmented Reality headset) to ensure works are installed/being installed correctly, as per the BIM Model.
Training new users of the ATOM - either new staff, or client/contractor teams
Producing reports based on the inspections carried out
Attending meetings to coordinate with clients and contractors
Processing and reviewing all acquired data to ensure it is accurate and reliable.
Maintain an efficient workflow and ensuring all requested inspections are conducted within the specified time frame.
Working with the Contractor to devise a weekly lookahead of inspections in line with the master construction programme in order to de-risk incorrect installation from taking place in the field.
Obtaining and preparing the latest approved Revit models to export into HoloSite

Responsibilities
