Good benefits and hours

Pay can and should be much better. Costco pay employees $15 an hour starting. I was the kiosk manager for my location making $15 per hour plus commission. The issue is how to make the commission. It's not easy to make. Most employees just make there hourly.

Customers are much happier than in-line retail wireless stores.

Commission/Bonus structure is a joke. You either sell 99 phones and make a few hundred extra or you sell 100 and get a couple thousand extra.
