Having a reliable transportation source | Cash handling | Inventory responsibilities| Being a part of our “4 Walls” and assisting to constantly maintain Store Operations/Environment/Experience | Ability to work Retail hours and stand for long periods of time

Training Offered:

We offer a 3 week PAID Virtual Training in-store which runs Monday-Friday for 3 consecutive weeks – this is Required

Beyond the 3 week training period, there is a curriculum that is self-paced which you will have another 30-45 Days to complete

There are always On-going trainings required to be completed as new plans, promos, products and processes change and launch

Our current full-time Retail Sales Consultants earn an average of $20+/hour in total compensation when successfully meeting or exceeding sales goals. With our uncapped commission opportunities, overachieving those goals earn top sellers $62,460 per year.
