Occasional off-hour, weekend and holiday support may be required during scheduled and un-scheduled events. Travel includes reporting onsite at the customers multiple locations within the immediate DMV area.
+ Monitor work order ticketing system for assignments. Respond to and resolve tickets related to mobile and remote services.
+ Configure, test, troubleshoot, deploy and issue mobile devices.
+ Monitor, track, analyze and respond to mobile system alerts.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve system outages. Interface and coordinate with other service offices and support elements as appropriate.
+ Document work activities and escalate to operations manager, shift leads and engineers as necessary.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Organize wireless products in bulk including labeling, software updates, mobile device management, as well as other customer requirements.
- Support, maintain and service mobile devices including but not limited to Apple iPhones, Samsung Android phones, Android/Apple/Windows Tablets, Mobile data cards, MiFi and WiFi network device.
- Update User and Phone information in a variety of Data Systems
- Maintain impeccable records
- Work with other internal stakeholders to understand and plan projects
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience working with mobile devices encouraged
- Knowledge of communications protocols and network concepts
- Enterprise mobile device management experience a plus
