Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections of electrical systems, panels, and equipment Diagnose electrical issues using specialized testing equipment and implement effective repairs Install, maintain and repair lighting fixtures, motors, transformers, and distribution systems Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to complete electrical work Collaborate with facility teams to develop maintenance schedules that minimize disruption to building occupants Respond to emergency electrical situations and implement appropriate solutions Document completed work, parts used, and maintain accurate service records Required: Ability to read electrical schematics and drawings 2+ years of experience working in a commercial and/or industrial environment Must be capable of working in a team environment, working alone or with other trades outside of your own individual trade.
