4 day work week
Extreme favoritism, the president and two others cause allot of problems. People are talked down to, disregarded, lied to, ect. The 3 will say/do whatever they need to in order to get the results they want in that particular situation. Poor management,lack of care for employees. President micro manages everything, no trust in employees.
3 day weekend
I cannot list a positive about the CEO, the best decision I made was leaving that place so I don't have to work with him anymore.
Get different management, someone who can run a business fair and will value employees for their own individual skills.
You don't, there is no HR, the turn over is aweful there including the office staff so most of the time the positions aren't filled so take get skipped.
I'm my experiences the compensation is below average and you are not paid for the skills you have. You are paid whether you are a friend to the president or not
I don't believe there is any any representation of diverse demographics going on within the organization.
Working with my coworkers throughout the production floor. That is a good group of people.
