Mandatory experience working in a Shared Services / Global Business Services (GBS) environment in a managerial role, proven track record in process improvement, continuous improvement initiatives, and change management, demonstrated experience leading operational teams and driving digital transformation initiatives. Soft Skills: Ability to dive into transactional operational details while maintaining a strong understanding of the broader business context and root causes, strong delivery, analytical, and problem‑solving capabilities.
