Cons of working at Wis-Pak

They're unprofessional, and hire based on who they know and are related to, unfair, unprofessional, prominently a "Caucasian ran facility" they know who they're going to hire before urinalysis are ran, they pick and choose right from wrong, don't properly follow policy , they claim to "investigate" situations and don't. They'd rather have people drink on the job pushing out bottles, or leads practically clothes burning in the parking lot then a dedicated worker , that showed up on time, was treated unfairly and poorly and took it for MONTHS but instead of calling in ,emailed the production manager and told the supervisor the night prior. The "benefits or pay" is nowhere near the disrespect. Not to mention, everybody they hire uses and abuses drugs on and off property. A complete waste of time. 0/0 do NOT recommend .
