The Position
The HR Generalist is a critical role at Great Northern Cabinetry, reporting directly to the Finance Manager. Expectations are that this person:

Qualifications:
Mechanical aptitude and hands-on repair experience (automotive, equipment, etc.)
Willingness to learn facility-related maintenance tasks (hangar doors, HVAC, electrical, plumbing)
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Dependable, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
