Our Medicare Customer Service Manager (HH & H) will lead a customer service team of roughly 20 members which includes 3 direct reports and focuses on delivering exceptional service. As a manager the primary role is to direct day-to-day operations, develop staff, and drive performance excellence through the implementation of strategic initiatives, policies, and procedures. Departmental expectations include ensuring compliance with CMS requirements, achieving Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP), Award Fee metrics, maintaining high levels of service accuracy, efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction. This is a critical role that directly impacts our organization's success in meeting contractual obligations and maintaining a trusted partnership with CMS, while serving as a leadership anchor within the customer service department.
Salary Range
$85,000 ~ 110,000

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent post high school and/or related work experience.
5 or more years of experience in customer service, claims processing, or outreach.
2 or more years of supervisory/team lead experience in Medicare Part A, Part B, or Home Health and Hospice operations.
Extensive knowledge of Medicare Part A, Part B and/or Home Health and Hospice program guidelines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively explain complex information.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
Demonstrated leadership and team-building capabilities.
Ability to identify, prioritize and drive work efforts that result in more efficient operations through innovation or process improvement.
Ability to work in a complex, rapidly evolving environment with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Proficient in call center and workforce management technology tools such as CRM or OnBase.
Preferred Qualifications
CMS knowledge of the Home Health and Hospice program.
Knowledge of call center operations and workforce management technology tools.
MAC contractor experience with FISS, MCS and CRM systems used for Home Health and Hospice.

This specialist creates and develops educational materials, host events, and analyze data to improve provider education and reduce billing errors all while working in a fast-paced, remote environment. This education is provided to Medicare providers, coders, billers, and compliance staff to help them understand the Medicare program and be informed about changes. Extensive knowledge of Medicare Part A, Part B and/or Home Health and Hospice program guidelines and PO&E processes.
Solid knowledge and understanding of medical billing, coding, and insurance processes.

Advise on applicable laws and regulations for WPS Data Logistics, focusing on compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, and state privacy and consumer protection laws.
Support WPS' Government Services division in pursuing opportunities with federal government agencies and contractors, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
Review, negotiate, and manage services agreements for various WPS business lines, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
Collaborate with internal departments and other stakeholders to ensure that contract terms align with business goals.
Maintain, improve, and update contract templates, clause libraries, and playbooks for commonly negotiated terms.
Minimum Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active membership in the State Bar of Wisconsin in good standing, required upon hire.
3 or more years of legal experience in commercial contract law, preferably with in-house corporate or law firm experience including proven experience negotiating complex commercial contracts.
Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to interpret complex statutes and regulations and apply them to business operations.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Comfortable advising business leaders and interacting with regulatory agencies.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Ensure compliance with DoD, CMS, and other applicable federal requirements governing identity verification, background investigations, adjudications, and credentialing processes.
Serve as the WPS Facility Security Officer for TRICARE and primary liaison with government security offices, contracting officers, internal leadership, and applicants regarding personnel security requirements and status updates.
Maintain complete and accurate, audit-ready records and track documentation of identity verification, background checks, investigations, and credentialing activities in accordance with federal and organizational policies.
Gather and submit evidence for audit requests and attend auditor interviews and meetings, as needed to provide process insights and clarifications.
Provide guidance to employees and contractors on security requirements, documentation and processes related to EAU access and obtaining or reissuance of a CAC.
Compile, analyze, and validate data for required routine government reporting.

Minimum Qualifications

The Regulatory Compliance Attorney supports the WPS Health Plan division by providing legal advice on regulatory matters affecting various health insurance products. How do I know this opportunity is right for me? In this role you will:
Conduct in-depth legal research on state and federal insurance laws and regulations related to health insurance products, including ACA, HIPAA, ERISA, and Medicare programs. Analyze how laws impact WPS Health Plan operations.
Identify legal and regulatory compliance risks affecting WPS Health Plan products and operations. Develop legal strategies and recommendations to mitigate these risks.
Provide legal counsel and compliance guidance to internal stakeholders, including actuarial, underwriting, sales, and operations teams. Advise on privacy and data security issues, marketing materials, and new business initiatives.
Communicate with and represent WPS before regulatory agencies, trade associations, and other external bodies. Defend the company's position during negotiations and compliance-related interactions.
Review insurance certificates, plan documents, and policy materials for compliance with applicable laws. Ensure marketing and promotional materials meet regulatory requirements.
Respond to formal complaints, support RFP responses, and assist with internal or external audits related to Health Plan regulatory matters.
Support and assist the Managing Regulatory Compliance Attorney in leading the Regulatory Services team. Participate in corporate projects, grievance/appeals committee activities, and cross-functional legal initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active membership in the State Bar of Wisconsin in good standing, required upon hire.
5 or more years of legal experience with 3 or more years focused on health care regulatory law.
Strong knowledge of Wisconsin insurance regulations and the Affordable Care Act (ACA).
Strong analytical and research skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
