An Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to designated C-Suite executives. Salary Range

Hybrid Work Location
This position will be hybrid, having the regional availability to come in our office Three days a week. Our office location: WPS Corporate Center Building - 1717 W. Broadway in Madison, WI.
Onsite work will be tailored for team cohesion, strategy, planning, and collaboration.

Work Location

Leadership:

Collaborate internally with other departments to create and maintain a seamless claims payment integrity program. Fraud Detection and Prevention:

Work Location
Our first consideration will be to have this new employee live in the Greater Madison, WI area to take advantage of Hybrid work and collaboration. Employees living within 45 miles of WPS Headquarters (1717 W. Broadway in Madison, WI) will be expected to be able to work in the office 2 days a week.
Secondary priority will be given to remote candidates in WI, IL, MN, or IA.
**If not regionally local to Madison, WI, frequent monthly travel to our WPS Headquarters will be expected.
How do I know this opportunity is right for me? In this role you will:
Manage end-to-end personnel security processes for employees and contractors requiring a CAC or EAU access, including identifying applicable requirements, initiating background investigations, reviewing initial employee applications for required information, tracking status, and ensuring timely completion.
Ensure compliance with DoD, CMS, and other applicable federal requirements governing identity verification, background investigations, adjudications, and credentialing processes.
Serve as the WPS Facility Security Officer for TRICARE and primary liaison with government security offices, contracting officers, internal leadership, and applicants regarding personnel security requirements and status updates.
Maintain complete and accurate, audit-ready records and track documentation of identity verification, background checks, investigations, and credentialing activities in accordance with federal and organizational policies.
Gather and submit evidence for audit requests and attend auditor interviews and meetings, as needed to provide process insights and clarifications.
Provide guidance to employees and contractors on security requirements, documentation and processes related to EAU access and obtaining or reissuance of a CAC.
Compile, analyze, and validate data for required routine government reporting.
Conduct research and analysis on emerging and new government agency requirements.
Create and maintain process and procedure documentation. Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Other job duties may be assigned as required, including but not limited to general support of contract administration activities for WPS ‘federal contracts, third party risk analyses, general support of Enterprise Risk Management program functions, and business resiliency or continuity program activities.
Minimum Qualifications
Must be a U.S. Citizen in possession of a favorably adjudicated Tier 3/NACLC or equivalent investigation or having the ability to obtain equivalent government determined clearance level.
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
5 or more years of experience in personnel security and compliance, background investigations, or related field, preferably in a government contracting environment.
Working knowledge of DoD personnel security programs, CMS credentialing requirements, and regulations related to federal background checks, investigations and credentialing.
Demonstrated experience with systems such National Background Investigation Services (NBIS) and the NBIS electronic application (eApp), or similar platforms and ability to complete NBIS eApp training to access and use NBIS eApp.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills with the ability to diligently manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral, needed for interactions with employees, leadership and government stakeholders.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and privacy.
Familiarity with ServiceNow and UKG Pro, as well as expertise with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

Role Snapshot Our Health Services Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the Health Services Utilization and Case Management nursing teams. This supervisor will manage inventory, support staff mentoring and training, and drive workflow efficiencies within the teams. Will Work closely with the Health Services Manager, and support implementation of departmental and company initiatives while serving as a key daily resource for the nursing teams.
Salary Range
$95,000 ~ $115,000

**Employees living within 45 miles of WPS Headquarters (1717 W. Broadway in Madison, WI) will be expected to be able to work onsite 2 days a week on a regular basis.

Enjoy coaching and mentoring nursing staff conducting medical necessity reviews, prior authorizations, and appeals.
Have overseen case management activities to ensure timely and appropriate member interventions to meet individual needs and maximize health outcomes.
Can collaborate with physicians, providers, and internal departments to coordinate care for complex cases.
Would enjoy monitoring team performance, productivity, quality of care and compliance with established metrics and accreditation standards (e.g., URAC, NCQA).
Like providing training and professional development opportunities for nursing staff.
Can serve as a clinical resource for staff, handling escalated provider and member inquiries.
Would like to conduct staff quality audits and support the development of clinical guidelines and utilization review protocols.
Have participated in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of department goals and performance targets.
Would be able to assist with system testing, configuration, training, and implementation of new systems or upgrades.
Minimum Qualifications
Registered Nurse (RN) with current licensure in the state of Wisconsin OR current Compact License.
Active RN license, applicable to state of practice in good standing.
Associates Degree in Nursing.
5 or more years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting (hospital, clinic, home care, skilled nursing facility, etc.)
Solid knowledge and understanding of medical/clinical review processes.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet strict deadlines this includes:
Excellent reading comprehension, written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex medical information clearly and concisely.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools with experience working in electronic health records.
Preferred Qualifications
1 or more years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN).
Certified Managed Care Nurse (CMCN).
Health insurance background that could include, Third party Administration (TPA) Point of Service (POS), Preferred Provider Organization (PPO), or Medicare Supplement) plans.

Role Snapshot
The Regulatory Compliance Attorney supports the WPS Health Plan division by providing legal advice on regulatory matters affecting various health insurance products. This role ensures compliance with state and federal laws, including ACA, HIPAA, and ERISA, and advises leadership on legal risks and regulatory developments. The position reports to the Managing Regulatory Compliance Attorney.
Salary Range
$110,000 - $130,000

Work Location
Our first consideration will be to have this new employee live in the Greater Madison, WI area to take advantage of Hybrid work and collaboration. Employees living within 45 miles of WPS Headquarters (1717 W. Broadway in Madison, WI) will be expected to be able to work in the office 2 days a week.
Secondary priority will be given to remote candidates in WI, IL, MN, or IA.
**If not regionally local to Madison, WI, frequent monthly travel to our WPS Headquarters will be expected.
How do I know this opportunity is right for me? In this role you will:
Conduct in-depth legal research on state and federal insurance laws and regulations related to health insurance products, including ACA, HIPAA, ERISA, and Medicare programs. Analyze how laws impact WPS Health Plan operations.
Identify legal and regulatory compliance risks affecting WPS Health Plan products and operations. Develop legal strategies and recommendations to mitigate these risks.
Provide legal counsel and compliance guidance to internal stakeholders, including actuarial, underwriting, sales, and operations teams. Advise on privacy and data security issues, marketing materials, and new business initiatives.
Communicate with and represent WPS before regulatory agencies, trade associations, and other external bodies. Defend the company's position during negotiations and compliance-related interactions.
Review insurance certificates, plan documents, and policy materials for compliance with applicable laws. Ensure marketing and promotional materials meet regulatory requirements.
Respond to formal complaints, support RFP responses, and assist with internal or external audits related to Health Plan regulatory matters.
Support and assist the Managing Regulatory Compliance Attorney in leading the Regulatory Services team. Participate in corporate projects, grievance/appeals committee activities, and cross-functional legal initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active membership in the State Bar of Wisconsin in good standing, required upon hire.
5 or more years of legal experience with 3 or more years focused on health care regulatory law.
Strong knowledge of Wisconsin insurance regulations and the Affordable Care Act (ACA).
Strong analytical and research skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
