Pros of working at Wise

I thought the pros of working at Wise would be that it's not a US-based company.

Cons of working at Wise

In my experience, the cons of working at Wise is that the Training doesn't prepare you for your role or how to use the tool. They push you on the phones, and you are expected to take live calls and ask for help on Slack from people in different locations who are, at times, rude: no manager support or introduction. You basically have to figure it out on your own.

More in-depth training that not only prepared you for customer interactions but also prepared you for the tools.

How did you prepare for the Wise interview?

I prepared for the interview by trying to utilize the STAR method when answering questions.

What's the diversity at Wise like?

There's little to people that look like me and none in leadership. Also there aren't any ERGs at my location.

Working from home.
