    Responsibilities We seek well-prepared students from top engineering schools who are interested in expanding their education in civil and water resources engineering through the internship program offered at Walter P Moore. As an engineering intern in our water resources engineering group, you will participate with our project teams on a variety of public water and drainage-related projects, including commercial development assessment and design, hydrologic and hydraulic analyses, FEMA studies, roadway drainage design, flood warning system development, and public infrastructure projects. You will also be eligible to participate in our in-house staff development program. Qualifications Candidates should have a sound technical background, strong written and oral communication skills, and enthusiasm for the challenges of water resources engineering. Understanding of basic hydrologic and hydraulic principles and familiarity with Microsoft Excel is required.
