Safety Field Supervisor (Colorado-Based)
Position Summary
Ambipar is seeking a highly skilled and safety-driven Safety Field Supervisor to lead and coordinate field-level safety across our Colorado industrial operations. This position is critical to ensuring compliance with all applicable U.S. federal and state safety regulations, including OSHA (29 CFR 1910/1926), DOT, and environmental standards, as well as Ambipar's internal Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) protocols.
The Safety Field Supervisor will conduct safety briefings, perform inspections and audits, enforce the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), support compliance platforms (e.g., ISNetworld, ComplyWorks, COR), and lead incident investigations. This individual will work closely with field operations, site leadership, and the corporate HSE team to promote a Zero-Incident Culture and uphold Ambipar's core values of safety, communication, and accountability.
Position Details
* Reports to: HSE Manager
* Location: Colorado - U.S. Operations
* Position Type: Full-time - Salaried
* Schedule: Mon-Fri with flex for field operations
* Compensation: $85,000 - $110,000 (commensurate with experience)
Essential Job Functions
* Supervise and coordinate all field safety activities to ensure compliance with applicable laws and company protocols.
* Conduct daily safety briefings and toolbox talks.
* Perform frequent safety inspections and audits; identify and address hazards.
* Enforce proper use of PPE and adherence to safe work procedures.
* Guide field staff in hazard recognition and mitigation.
* Lead or assist with incident investigations and corrective action implementation.
* Track, analyze, and report safety performance metrics.
* Coach and mentor field staff on best practices in safety and risk control.
* Manage safety onboarding and training programs; maintain accurate records.
* Develop and update Emergency Response Plans, lead emergency drills and training sessions.
* Oversee the procurement and readiness of safety equipment.
* Maintain documentation, procedures, and systems to ensure compliance.
* Manage corrective action tracking for inspections and audits.
* Serve as liaison between field operations and management on safety issues.
* Assess and prequalify subcontractors based on their safety performance.
* Ensure employee training and compliance with U.S. safety regulations and company policy.
* Exercise stop-work authority when safety or qualification concerns arise.
* Support third-party compliance portals (e.g., ISNetworld, ComplyWorks).
* Promote a culture of inclusion, open communication, and shared responsibility.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Job Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's in safety or related field preferred)
* Minimum three (3) years of experience in the field of safety or HSE
* Strong working knowledge of OSHA, DOT, and environmental safety standards
* Excellent communication, training, and leadership skills
* Proficiency with incident investigation, safety audits, and compliance tools
* Ability to coach and mentor field staff on safety practices
* Experience with safety management systems and documentation
* Certification(s): OSHA 30, CHST, CSP, or similar
* Bilingual (English/Spanish)

o Accountable for all site operations.

o Generates all required field data & reports from mobilization through project completion.
o Issues daily project updates at 6:00 am and 4:00 pm

· Workforce Management
o Facilitates hotel reservations with the project coordinator & communicates crew schedule changes.
o Responsible for maintaining crew morale and adherence to PCWD's core values.
o Reviews field crew timecards for completeness, accuracy and ensures their on-time submittal.

o Informs production manager of any potential delay, cost, or safety issues.

The Rope Access - NDE Technician is responsible for carrying out standard rope access operations under the direct supervision of an authorized Level 3 rope access supervisor. The technician will use Industrial Rope Access methods and related equipment to access and complete a wide variety of inspection, maintenance and other industrial work tasks while on ropes or in difficult access areas. Technicians must have the ability to perform work that is physically demanding, have good communication skills and the ability to assimilate a large amount of new information. Responsibilities may also include rescue operations, technical reports and administrative tasks. Work hours, locations, shifts and nature of work assignments vary greatly and travel may be required.
Essential Job Functions
* Maintains a safe, secure and healthy environment by adhering to Company/Customer safety standards and practices and to legal regulations, alerting others regarding potential hazards or concern;

* Recognizes worksite hazards and notifies the Rope Access Supervisor of any unsafe conditions.
* Maintains proficiency at rescue techniques and assist in rescues as directed and in accordance with certification level.
Job Qualifications
* Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent
* Minimum 18 years of age.
* IRATA / SPRAT certification
* NDT/ NDE Certification preferred
* Travel required.
* Must have a capacity for work at height.
Work Conditions
* Field duties require outdoor work in a plant atmosphere with varying weather conditions.
* Interaction with other crew employees, as well as supervisors and client personnel.
* Working in plant and/or shop areas around production machinery with extreme noise levels.
* Must be able to wear safety equipment as required by the safety department for personal protection.
* May be at more than one job site in a day and must be able to tolerate climate changes.
* May be required to travel out of town on a periodic basis.
Physical and Mental Requirements
* Ability to lift and carry 75 pounds.
* Performing physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking and stooping.
* Tasks may also include physically moving and setting up inspection equipment (maximum component weight +/- 50 lbs.).
* Climbing and working off of ladders, stairs, scaffolding and objects in excess of 100 ft.
* Working extended hours and standing for extended periods of time.
* Work in indoor and outdoor environments in conditions of extreme heat and/ or cold.
* Work in and near industrial hazards.
* Must be able to walk and climb except when performing non-field duties.
* Sufficient clarity of speech and hearing or other communication capabilities, with or without reasonable accommodation, which permits employee to communicate effectively.
* Sufficient personal mobility and physical reflexes, with or without reasonable accommodations to perform office duties and travel when necessary to off-site locations.

Job DescriptionSummary of Position: The Teen Programs Field Supervisor will be responsible for facilitating and monitoring day-to-day logistics of the teen internship programs across select regions across the city. The Field Supervisor will conduct site visits, track attendance, and submit reports to ensure the success of the programs. The Field Supervisor will be After School Matters staff's main contact for teens and teens' parents.
This is a temporary, part-time position.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist with teen orientation for assistants/interns and parents before the program start date
Troubleshoot any problems or issues that arise during the program session
Act as the main contact for teens and teens' parents regarding programmatic and program award inquiries
Assist Chicago Public Library staff and other CBOs with managing teen participants including tracking teen attendance in Cityspan
Conduct regular program site visits at internship sites
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Strong written and verbal communication between multiple stakeholders like teens, parents, ASM administration, CBO partners, and CPL staff
Prior experience working with teens in an informal or formal educational setting
Ability to maintain confidential information and securely handle paperwork
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Required Qualifications:
Reliable transportation to and from sites
High School or GED required
Geographic knowledge of City of Chicago area is helpful
Schedule:
Spring Schedule: January 5 - June 27, 2026
Approximately 24 hours per week, some Saturdays may be required
Desired availability: M-F 3pm-7pm, Saturday: 9am-1pm
You will be visiting multiple program sites per day
Compensation: $20/per hour

Duties and Responsibilities: The Field Service Supervisor is responsible for providing exceptional leadership for the field service team within their assigned service territory. The Field Service Supervisor will also be the primary contact for all customer escalations within assigned service territory. The team of field service personnel are responsible for performing on-site routine services including installation, maintenance, and repair. The Field Service Supervisor is responsible for growing the revenue in the territory and delivering service that meets the regions profitability goals.

* Supervise Service team to deliver Equipment Channels and Customers, start-up, extended warranty, contracts, and billable service across all product lines including Industrial, Commercial, National Accounts, High Temperature (incl. Zeol)

* Expense report review, preparation, submission, and approval for payment
* Service Report Creation and review of field technician narrative

* Conformance to Service Report generation, for content, quality, and communication style
* Measure and report on install base penetration
* Rates Technicians on Customer satisfaction and First-time fix rate
* Supports Service Team in employee evaluation and performance improvement
* Responsible to convey the customer experience to our organization through C2 customer complaint system
Support Services sales promotions, tools, and goals
* Interact with Service Sales to provide feedback on scope definition and cost to perform, and share leads
* Interact with Service Engineering to provide feedback on technical support quality and availability
* Interact with Equipment Sales to share leads and to build Service Sales
* Manage all customer queries and resolve issues in coordination with the relevant departments
* Participates in recruiting activities as necessary to support staffing efforts • Advises Supervisor or other appropriate personnel regarding schedule conflicts, service-related issues, equipment problems/issues, employee issues and any other job-related issues

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in a business concentration plus years of commercial HVAC maintenance experience to commercial, industrial, and institutional facilities in addition to the following:
* Highly motivated and skilled at complaint handling and issue resolution
* Knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and maintenance procedures
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
* Computer proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Previous experience working in a fast-paced service operation, scheduling or dispatching strongly preferred
* Previous management or team lead experience Leadership (if applicable) Use leadership competencies in the PDA
* Ability to travel (at short notice) to multiple site locations to meet the needs of the business as necessary
* Have a valid Driver license with an excellent driving record
* Ability to effectively partner with cross functional teams to meet performance objectives and to support mission and vision of the Company Physical Requirements:
