You'll identify and close new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and collaborate across teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience. In your day-to-day, you will: * Identify, qualify, prospect, and close new business opportunities, selling Wix Premium plans, Wix POS, and other products in relevant markets * Conduct product discovery and demo calls to understand merchant needs and showcase Wix's omnichannel capabilities * Manage the full sales cycle-from lead generation through negotiation to closed deals * Work with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Care teams to ensure exceptional client experiences and act as the voice of the customer * Collaborate with onboarding specialists to ensure a seamless transition from sale to onboarding to activation * Stay updated on retail trends, payment technologies, and competitor offerings * Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Qualifications * 2+ years of experience in SaaS sales, with a preference for eCommerce, solution selling, Point of Sale, or payments background * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Successful track record of meeting and exceeding revenue goals and client-focused KPIs * Excellent project management and organizational skills to manage a large pipeline and client buying journeys * Comfort operating in ambiguity, thriving in an ever-changing environment, and contributing to building the playbook * A hunter's mentality with a drive for results At this time we are seeking NY-based candidates or candidates who can commute to our office in New York City. Our employees work in a flexible hybrid model and are expected to be in the office 3 times per week. Additional Information As Wix's Point of Sale (POS) team, we're responsible for bringing on-premise technology to businesses at scale. In addition to base pay you will receive company RSUs as part of the compensation package.
