Bismarck Lepe is the founder and CEO at Wizeline. He founded Wizeline in 2014 with the mission to help companies build better products faster by making innovation accessible to all organizations. A seasoned executive and entrepreneur, Bismarck started his career at Google before he co-founded Ooyala, a video technology platform company which he sold to Telstra for $400M in 2014. Bismarck is passionate about driving economic growth in the global communities where Wizeline operates. He founded Startup GDL in 2015, a non-profit organization committed to making Guadalajara a leader in innovation. In his free time, Bismarck enjoys spending time with his family and is an avid runner. Bismarck graduated from Stanford with a BS in Economics.

Javier is the Chief Business Officer at Wizeline, responsible for managing the global sales strategy and team. Prior to joining Wizeline, Javi played a key role in scaling Globant into a $2 billion dollar global services business as Chief Business Officer. He joined the company in Argentina in early 2010 as the Vice President of ‘Big Data & High Performance’ and ‘Cloud Computing’ studios before relocating to New York to establish the company’s east coast business and operations, a key milestone to the company’s expansion culminating in its successful IPO in 2014. He also served as the Strategic Sales Team Director at Teleperformance and in other executive roles at companies like Microsoft. Javi graduated as Licentiate in Systems and Computer Science from the Catholic University of Argentina, where he also obtained his B.S. Javi is a devout soccer fan, cheering on Argentinan soccer in his free time.

Danielle Ruess is CMO at Wizeline and is responsible for leading Wizeline’s global marketing strategy, including digital marketing, social media, corporate and financial communications, analyst relations, and partnerships. She previously served as Head of Global Marketing and Corporate Communications at EPAM, where she built a global team that supported the company’s growth from $800M to over $2.2B in annual revenue. Prior to that, she led global marketing at Axalta Coating Systems, where she played a key role in its successful IPO in 2014. She is an accomplished global marketer with extensive experience leading multidisciplinary marketing efforts and geographically distributed teams. Danielle’s experience includes marketing and communications roles at Johnson & Johnson and Endo Pharmaceuticals. In her spare time, Danielle enjoys running, cheering on her favorite F1 Driver, and is an advanced scuba diver.

Lin Cherry is Chief Legal Officer at Wizeline. She oversees all legal matters for the company and has worked as an international corporate lawyer for over 20 years across technology, media, and sports. Prior to Wizeline, Lin served as General Counsel at HBO Latin America, DLA, Inc. (a subsidiary of América Móvil), and MySpace. She has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Finance from The George Washington University and a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of Florida.

Judith is Vice President of Delivery at Wizeline and is responsible for managing the agile delivery of world-class application development services. During her more than 25 years in HP/HPE/DXC Technology, Judith held various roles working across different functional areas in the company including distribution, sales operations, manufacturing, information technology, and services. After Hewlett Packard Enterprise spun-off their services division to create DXC Technology, in conjunction with CSC, Judith became Senior Service Delivery Director for the Americas. She worked mainly for the Technology, Media and Entertainment, and Telecom Industry in addition to serving as the Guadalajara Managing Director for DXC. Judith is originally from Guadalajara, Mexico and she holds a Bachelor of System Administration from ITESO and a Masters of Science in Industrial Engineering from Tecnologico de Monterrey.

Maneesh is CFO at Wizeline and leads the global finance organization and financial activities, including controllership, financial planning and analysis, internal audit, and M&A. With over 28 years of experience in corporate finance, Maneesh is a Chartered Accountant (CPA), Cost and Management Accountant, and also has a law degree. Prior to Wizeline, he was the Global Head of Finance and Legal at Brillio. Before that, Maneesh worked at Birlasoft for over 15 years where he headed finance and legal functions. He has also worked at ABB and Ernst and Young. Over his career, he has helped set up and manage businesses in Costa Rica, China, Australia, India, Canada, and several countries in Europe. Maneesh also serves on the board of Albeado Inc and the non-profit New Jersey Cares. He is based in New Jersey where he lives with his wife and serves on the board of Albeado, Inc. and the non-profit New Jersey Cares.
