Caroline C. Croen joined The WNET Group as Chief Financial Officer in January, 2012.

Caroline was previously CFO at Jazz at Lincoln Center, from 2007 through 2011. There she built an effective finance and financial control function, streamlined operations, and helped transform the organization by enabling it to create global strategic alliances, bringing the Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra to Cuba.

From 2000 through 2007, Caroline was the Director of Risk Management and Operations Analysis at Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, Inc. providing independent, objective assurance and financial management, effectively implementing various operating efficiencies and cost containment measures for Lincoln Center.

From 1996 to 2000, Caroline was the Budget Director of the New York Public Library, where she was responsible for the development and management of the Library’s operating and capital budgets, financial plans and co-financial project lead for the implementation of an enterprise-wide financial management system.

Earlier in her career, Caroline led the Cultural & Libraries Task Force of the City of New York’s Office of Management & Budget, where she managed the overall expense and capital subsidies to the City’s major cultural institutions and three public library systems. Caroline has also been a lecturer at New York University and has presented at numerous financial forums and conferences.

Caroline received her MA from New York University and BA with honors from Canisius College in Buffalo, NY.

Chief Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Officer

Eugenia Harvey is the Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer for The WNET Group.

In her role, Harvey has developed a comprehensive strategy to address diversity and representation at the organization. This includes ongoing anti-racism training for the entire organization; review and recommendations for hiring and onboarding staff; Board of Trustees diversification and promoting inclusion across all departments. Harvey has also led the creation of an IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity) Advisory Council, a 12-person coalition of dedicated staff members, and a system of subcommittees, to work with the CEO and senior staff to implement DEI strategies and solutions across the organization. In addition, she is spearheading the formation of The WNET Group’s Ideation Academy, an internal professional development program to foster better BIPOC representation in content and improve diversity behind the camera and at the producer’s table.

Harvey oversees The WNET Group’s Community Engagement team, which has partnered with thought leaders from over 400 community organizations to convene solutions-oriented discussions around systemic racism in New York City and across the country.

Harvey is an award-winning producer, showrunner and television executive who joined The WNET Group as executive producer of Chasing the Dream: Poverty & Opportunity in America, a public media initiative providing critical programming on poverty, income inequality and opportunity, and Peril & Promise: The Challenge of Climate Change, a public media project reporting on the human stories of climate change and its potential solutions. Both initiatives have led to numerous partnerships and have inspired content for The WNET Group’s local and national programs and websites, PBS Digital Studios, public radio and digital productions. The Chasing the Dream initiative was nominated for two New York Emmys in 2019 for its Getting Off the Streets series and under Eugenia’s leadership, was nominated for two in 2020 for its series, A Dream Deferred. She continues to oversee these projects.

Prior to joining WNET, Harvey served as an executive producer for Third Rail with OZY. She was also the series producer of the Race Matters: Solutions series for PBS NewsHour with Charlayne Hunter-Gault. Harvey’s previous television work includes various high-profile projects for BET, A&E, ABC News, CBS News and CNN.

Harvey received her Masters of Science in Journalism from Columbia University’s Graduate School of Journalism and her Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from The University of Georgia.

Bob Feinberg joined Educational Broadcasting Corporation (“EBC”) in March, 2008 as Deputy General Counsel and was appointed Deputy General Counsel of The WNET Group in September, 2008. In September, 2009, he was appointed General Counsel of The WNET Group. In September 2021, he was appointed Vice President, Business Affairs and Chief Legal Officer of The WNET Group. In this role, he is responsible for exploring new opportunities for distribution, acquisitions, and partnerships, and overseeing staff covering Legal Affairs, Government & External Affairs, Labor Relations, Talent Relations & Administration, Corporate Records, and the Board of Trustees Administration.

Prior to joining EBC, Bob was general counsel and deputy general counsel at a number of print and online media companies, including American Lawyer Media, publisher of The New York Law Journal. Previously, he served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York (Criminal Division). Earlier, he was as an associate at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP and a law clerk to the Honorable Magistrate Judge Naomi Buchwald, U. S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.

Bob has been an Adjunct Professor at Fordham University School of Law since 1991, where he has taught media law, criminal law and legal writing. He is a member of the New York City Bar Association, Communications and Media Law Committee. He is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey and is a frequent contributor to legal and general interest publications and websites.

Bob earned his J.D. degree from NYU School of Law (1987) and his A.B. degree, magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, from Cornell University (1984).
