Coordinate with Project Managers as necessary to assist with change orders, plan revisions and year-end warranty close-outs on previously awarded projects.
Manage bid document control to include email correspondence, vendor quotes, subcontractor bids, take-offs, etc. for successful transfer to the Project Management department.
Attend project hand-off meetings with the Project Management department for awarded projects to discuss scope, limitations, exclusions, site-specific circumstances, potential issues, etc.
Assist Senior Estimator and company management in pursuit of new stakeholders and bid opportunities.

The Sr. Project Manager is responsible for oversight of multiple site development and heavy civil construction projects, along with mentoring of project management department employees. This position is responsible for supervision of projects from contract award through final completion and will serve as the intermediary for all communication between the client, engineer, applicable governing authorities, our company personnel, etc.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate with Estimating Department as projects are awarded and assign the projects to Project Managers as workload dictates.
Review contracts and revise/approve as necessary, prior to signing by Principal.
Review and approve project buyouts prior to issuance of purchase orders and subcontracts.
Provide the leadership and direction necessary to sustain growth within the framework of established company policies and procedures.
Responsible for maintaining accurate knowledge of all current and potential projects, including but not limited to, any activities/situations potentially impacting the successful outcome of said project.
Provide chain-of-command decisions required to render successful company results.
Liaison between the Client, Engineer, Governing Authority and HBC when necessary.
Ability to quickly identify problematic situations/practices and promptly resolve to achieve desired results.
Provide organization, direction and training of subordinate project management team members.
Develop and maintain positive business relationships with Clients, Engineers, Subcontractors and Suppliers/Vendors.
Desired Qualifications:
5+ years of industry experience at Project Manager level or above
B.S. degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred
Previous experience with Site Development and Heavy Civil Construction required (Earthwork, Utility Installation, Roadway Infrastructure)
