Flexibility
Pay is terrible. Been there for 11 years and pay raises are terrible (2%) despite stellar performance reviews. No bonus program.
Good PTO particularly after 10 years.
They make a good effort to communicate
The decision makers need to stop piling more work on employees. They need to hire more worker bees. Each year my workload keeps growing. Quality is going to suffer.
It was so long ago I don’t remember
My compensation has been almost stagnant. They don’t reward hardworking folks yet the execs always tout how well the company is doing - good organic growth.

Culture is very poor. Executive teams do not care for employees
PTO is robust however it is very difficult to use all of it
as a contract employee, i felt really welcomed and part of the time
I started during Covid so I did miss the in-office working
