Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related engineering field, and relevant experience working within product software engineering.
Minimum of 15+ years of experience as an architect in designing software products in the SaaS space, utilizing varied technology choices that are relevant to the problem it is addressing.
Minimum of 10+ years working within product software engineering leading architects and teams at a leadership level
Proven experience in designing Distributed Systems with emphasis on scalability, reliability, security, other non-functional requirements, and micro-services architectures.

Key Tasks:

As a **Senior Content Management Analyst - Tax Compliance** , you'll be a pivotal force behind our digital content strategy. **Key Tasks: **
+ Track changes to tax law and monitor developments in the tax community to identify items that can be iQ events (tied to fields on tax forms)
+ Work with cross-functional teams (software, developers, product management, production and editorial) on the development and maintenance of CCH Axcess IQ/Advisor is also required. The candidate must also have an understanding of federal and state tax returns and how to interpret information from tax developments (legislation, regulations, guidance from tax authorities, court rulings, real-world events) in a manner that leads to an understanding of how that information would impact a taxpayer's reporting requirements

The Consultant partners with internal business units and the Legal Bill Analysis Center of Excellence (LBACOE) to ensure billing accuracy, identify process improvements, and support high‑quality service delivery.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Invoice Review & Audit**
+ Review and audit electronic legal fee and expense invoices for accuracy, compliance, and adherence to billing guidelines
+ Validate correct use of **UTBMS task, activity, and expense codes**
+ Identify billing guideline violations and apply appropriate invoice adjustments
+ Document all adjustments with clear rationale and guideline references
+ Forward audited invoices through the required review and approval chain
**Workflow & Collaboration**
+ Receive invoice assignments from Operations Support Specialists or self‑assign from intake queues
+ Communicate and calibrate with Legal Invoice Analysts and Quality Assurance Analysts
+ Provide feedback and guidance to internal business unit partners on LBA process issues and improvement opportunities
+ Work collaboratively across LBACOE and broader WK teams
**Analysis & Judgment**
+ Exercise sound judgment in evaluating legal fees, costs, and billing practices
+ Identify trends, inconsistencies, or risks within invoices and escalate as appropriate
+ Independently analyze issues and engage necessary resources to support decision‑making
**Required Skills & Competencies**
+ Strong understanding of **legal billing processes** and invoice auditing
+ Working knowledge of **legal terminology** and claims/legal matters _(multi‑jurisdictional exposure preferred)_
+ Familiarity with **federal and/or state rules of civil procedure**
+ Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
+ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision after training
+ Strong organizational and time management skills
+ Proficiency with **Microsoft Office Suite** (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
+ Ability to quickly learn electronic legal billing and auditing systems
+ Comfortable with common business math and professional telephone communication

**Education**
+ **Paralegal Certification or Bachelor's Degree** in a legal‑related discipline _or equivalent relevant work experience_

We have an exciting Sales role within our Health Research business with **Ovid Technologies** as a Senior Sales and Business Development Representative for the EBP, **Research and Quality Improvement Workflow solution - Ovid Synthesis.**
This role is responsible for building and maintaining effective long-term relationships and a high level of satisfaction with decision makers and influencers. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive sales plan that includes new and existing sales strategies for large key accounts. You will also collaborate closely with colleagues from the Ovid Sales Team to establish new sales of Ovid Synthesis at existing accounts, while also working independently to create secure new deals.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
