From an operations perspective, this position requires extensive cross functional collaboration and subject matter expertise of departmental tools, processes, best practices and knowledge. This role involves developing and producing timely and accurate operational and financial reporting and dashboards. Importantly, a key responsibility is the administration and ongoing configuration (as required by the business) of the Sales section of the business unit **CRMs (** **Salesforce** ).
