This is a remote role, Monday-Friday day schedule. Responsibilities: Monitor real-time data from Solar and Energy Storage sites to identify anomalies, trends, and performance deviations. Ability to technically troubleshoot commercial solar PV and BESS systems remotely Analyze system performance metrics to ensure optimal efficiency, reliability, and compliance with industry standards. Ability to handle complex and critical issues in a timely manner. Collaborate with technical teams to diagnose system issues and propose corrective actions. The ability to remotely diagnose, troubleshoot, and reset equipment. Utilize data visualization tools and software to present insights effectively to management and engineering teams. Support predictive analytics models for performance forecasting and preventative maintenance planning. Maintain and improve data integrity, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of all analytical findings. Investigate historical trends to optimize system configurations and improve future deployments. We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) within the Global Parts & Services organization to serve as the primary contact for customers within an assigned territory for the purpose of identifying replacement parts sales opportunities, proper quotation and order execution including order entry, and order execution management. The Customer Service Representative reports to the Product Support Group Manager and is responsible for entering all quote and order requests into the system including uploads of documents and begin the routing process for quote development or order processing. The CSR may also provide direct quotes to customers based on stocked and priced parts. Responsibilities * Serves as primary contact with customers requesting replacement parts including B&W traditional boiler parts, environmental parts. * Initiates process for quote preparation and order fulfillment * Receives all quote/order requests * Enters quotes and orders into the system and begins routing process as necessary * Document customer inquiry information * Assists in the development of scope of orders and quotes * May expedite quote/order through process * Assures quote/order meets customer and internal quality requirements * Presents quote/order acknowledgement to customer * Reviews customer PO at sales order entry compared to the matching quote to verify lead time, quantities, price and progress payments if applicable. * Monitor reports of rescheduled shipments maintaining excellent communication with customers to inform them of revised delivery dates and advise of other changes regarding order fulfillment. * Works directly with the District Engineer, Field Service personnel, and Replacement Parts Project Specialists in support of the customer territory * Develop a network of relationships with Sales, Service and the Customer to systematically provide support to customers to maintain and grow current business levels. * Required to do high level research based upon information provided by customers or sales to determine parts involved as well as be able to identify when additional support is needed Required Knowledge/Skills, Education and Experience * Excellent organizational and communication skills * Computer skills in data entry and document storage * Customer relations skills or inside sales experience * Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education and Experience * Knowledge of PLM, Visibility, Data Warehouse, Oracle and Global Parts processes. * Knowledge of the scope of supply, engineering requirements, manufacturing processes and sublet requirements of the B&W replacement parts portfolio. * Knowledge of B&W Technical Standards. * Associate degree in Business or Technology or knowledge normally associated with this degree.

Responsible for general and specific assignments involving extensive knowledge of the Joint Use and Pricing and Invoicing processes. Duties will require detailed communications with customers as well as Joint Use attaching entities and contractors, monitoring Joint Use construction and payment activities. Also requires managing the residential payment plan process, creating invoices and processing payments. Duties include having knowledge of PUCO guidelines and timelines and the ability to devise new approaches to processes in an effort to increase efficiency. Main Responsibilities: Train new Construction Specialist personnel and consider process improvements. Track the Business As Usual (BAU) proposals and work with the contractor(s) to ensure PUCO timelines are being met. Communicate with BAU customers regarding attaching activity. Modify SPANS to accommodate per unit pricing from contractors. Work with contractors on invoice submittals to ensure accuracy. Work with phone companies and PUCO office to help resolve specific customer issues that arise. Receive and process customer payments (includes creating and sending all deposit information and backup documentation to cash receipts and cash applications). Work in SAP/Graphic Work Design tools. Manage customer related concerns regarding invoices. Monitor and track contractor hours. Perform other similar work as assigned. Qualifications: Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products. Must have excellent customer service skills. Proficiency with SAP is preferred. Knowledge of SPANS is preferred. Established individual contributor with limited autonomy in daily work. Acquires additional skills through experience, peer interaction and formal training.
