About the Role:

What will you do:

Administer and manage in vitro fertilization (IVF), egg retrieval, embryo transfer, and other assisted reproductive technologies (ART).
Develop individualized treatment plans for patients and monitor progress throughout their care.

Collaborate with other healthcare providers, including OB/GYNs, urologists, and other specialists.

Position Summary
The Philanthropy Officer is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with current and prospective major donors ($2,500+) and funders to achieve fundraising goals, both independently and with PPSO leadership. The Philanthropy Officer plays an integral role in the identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of philanthropic gifts and will represent PPSO through cultivation and stewardship efforts and events, while educating and informing donors of PPSO's programs, campaigns, and goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Essential Duties
Identify and manage a portfolio of donors and prospects, which includes individuals, families, family foundations, and private foundations with the capacity to give $2,500 or more.
Lead the cultivation and solicitation of annual gifts in-person as well as through proposal writing to individuals, foundations, family foundations, organizations, and corporations.
Record donor interactions, relationships, and other relevant information in the donor database in accordance with policies and procedures and industry best practices.
With guidance from the Director of Development, develop and manage robust donor engagement plan and activities that strengthen PPSO's voice and presence in our community.
Develop concepts and messages that compellingly articulate the mission, vision, PPSO's core values and exceptional attributes of the organization in language directed to various audiences in meetings, thank-you notes, letters, emails, articles, stories, and reports.
Work closely and strategically with the Director of Development and CEO to manage the CEO's portfolio to develop individual identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship strategies.
Collaborate with the Director of Development to develop and support Board engagement activities, identify projects and foundations to apply for grants, and participate in strategic planning, special projects, and campaigns.
Work closely and strategically with other development staff to coordinate and integrate major gifts with the Annual Campaign, planned giving, events, other special campaigns, and grant-seeking efforts.
Represent PPSO at key community events virtually and in-person, using these opportunities as public relations, cultivation, and/or prospecting opportunities; provide recommendations on invitation lists that involve donors or prospects.

Position Summary
The Electronic Health Records (EHR) and Informatics Program Manager is responsible for Informatics support for the intersection of people, technology, and data to improve the safety and quality of patient care. The Advance Practice Clinician is responsible for operating within established, evidence-based procedures and protocols to provide a full range of sexual and reproductive health care services to a diverse patient population, including adolescents and adults.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Position Summary
The Philanthropy Officer is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with current and prospective major donors ($2,500+) and funders to achieve fundraising goals, both independently and with PPSO leadership. 1. Will participate and maintain a culture within The Corvallis Clinic that is consistent with the content outlined in the Service and Behavioral Standards document. To this end, employee will be expected to read, have familiarity, and embrace the principles contained within.
2. Provides nursing care according to the sequential steps of the nursing process: assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation.
3. Directs patient flow and prepare patients for exams.
4. Facilitates collection of all necessary information required for patient visits. Accurately records pertinent information in the Electronic Medical Record and ensures necessary patient care documentation is processed in a timely manner.
5. Accurately triage patient phone calls and ensure that callbacks and prescription refills are completed in a timely fashion consistent with provider guidelines, scope of practice, and clinic guidelines. Documents pertinent information accurately.
6. Assists providers with procedures as directed and maintain asepsis. Perform invasive procedures for which the RN has the training and skills.
7. Proactively monitor physician schedules for accuracy.
8. Improves the quality of care through continuing education and self-evaluation of the effectiveness of care. This includes attendance/participation in most in-services/department meetings and remaining current on clinic/department policies and procedures.
9. Actively participates in the cleaning of shared work areas, keeping exam rooms clean, neat and stocked.
10. Participates in the orientation and training of new employees.
Education, Licensure and Experience:
1. Graduate of an accredited school of registered nursing required.
2. Current unencumbered State of Oregon license as a Registered Nurse required.
3. One (1) or more years of experience in an acute care hospital and/or in an individual provider's office or clinic setting preferred.
4. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or ability to complete BLS certification within 90 days of hire required.

1. Evidence of working knowledge of the nursing process.
2. Knowledge of basic clinical skills to provide patient care.

Position Summary
The Advance Practice Clinician is responsible for operating within established, evidence-based procedures and protocols to provide a full range of sexual and reproductive health care services to a diverse patient population, including adolescents and adults.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Essential Duties
Provide respectful, affirming, inclusive, patient-centered care to a wide variety of patients seeking reproductive and sexual health services, including abortion care.
Communicate with patients to identify specific medical problems and to answer patient questions.
Perform annual physical exams for all people in our community.
Serve as birth control counselor and medication prescriber and dispenser.
Diagnose, treat, counsel, educate, and provide care for medical conditions including sexually transmitted infection.
Work with a centralized team of RNs, who assist in managing labs, diagnostics, and follow-up care.
Collaborate with the Case Management team to coordinate communication with patients on lab results, referrals, follow-up plans, and other aspects of their care.
Document all care visits in EHR in a timely manner with a patient-centric focus.
Participate in the training of technical skills, such as phlebotomy and ultrasound.
Collaborate with clinic staff, medical director, and administration to ensure efficient day-to-day operation.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contribute to the training of new staff and students, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinical best practices.
Ensure compliance with all organization quality assurance guidelines and pertinent government regulations including OSHA, CLIA, and HIPAA.
