The Sonographer for our MFM (Maternal Fetal Medicine) clinic performs ultrasound examinations and records the findings. This includes routine ultrasound exams, as well as specialized procedures as directed. This is a PRN position in our float pool and will require travel to various clinics within the region on an as-needed basis. Performs nuchal translucency scans per established standards and guidelines. Completes fetal surveys. Performs hysterosonograms, as well as 3D-4D scans. Assists with IUD checks, amniocentesis, and other related procedures. Evaluates the images for their quality but also interprets what was captured in the image. Documents/updates information in patient's electronic medical record. Represents clinic in a professional manner. Treats all customers, internal and external, in a courteous and cooperative manner. Attends required meetings and participates in team activities and professional development activities. Demonstrates and embodies the Women's Care mission and core values. Compliance with all HIPAA rules, regulations, and guidelines. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Valid OB/GYN ARDMS certification. Minimum of 2 years of recent MFM experience is required. Experience with 3D-4D scans. Excellent bedside manner and interpersonal skills. Ability to multi-task in a stressful, deadline-oriented environment. Ability to communicate with coworkers, providers and patients in a courteous and effective manner. Ability to use a computer and enter data in electronic medical record system, eCW a plus. Must be dependable, reliable, and punctual. The Patient Access Representative is the first face and voice of Women's Care and is a critical role for the practice. The Patient Access Representative collects information for registration of new and/or incoming patients, confirms that we have up-to-date information to ensure a complete and accurate scheduling and billing encounter, and ensures our patient's experience with us is extraordinary. Greet all patients and visitors with a smile in a prompt and courteous manner. Obtain and confirm patient demographics and update patient profile, including proper patient identification according to the Women's Care patient identification policy. Collect payment and/or assist patient with billing concern while ensuring practices meet time of service collection expectations and goals. Scan insurance card, ID, and other pertinent information into EMR system (HIPAA compliance, authorizations, medical records, etc.). Set up payment plans for patients unable to pay balances per Women's Care Payment Plan policy. Must have a full understanding of the financial policies and patient forms to be able to clearly answer any questions. Answer a high volume of incoming phone calls and respond to patient emails promptly while in accordance with the Women's Care Values Confirm all unconfirmed appointments for the next business day.     The Assistant Center Manager (ACM) works with the Health Center Manger to ensure the efficient coordination, management of workflow and systems within an assigned Health Center providing both Family Planning and Abortion services. The ACM performs supervisory responsibilities to include the training of employees, assigning and directing of work, as needed addressing patient and employee complaints and finding solutions and resolutions to issues or complaints. This position assists in the oversight of the health center's overall risk, quality and compliance, as well as quality assurance to provide top notch quality care in a safe environment for both patients and staff. This role is a contract position and is meant to compliment your current practice. A typical partnership will involve treating patients on site at Concentra for approximately a 4-hour shift on a weekly or biweekly basis. Concentra Advanced Specialists assist in the management of medically complex patients, expedite return to work and functional restoration. Working collaboratively with medical and therapy providers, you will provide specialist services - may include EMGs and NCS - for orthopedic and neuromusculoskeletal work related injuries. In addition, you will communicate with employers and take an active role in the case management.
