Responsibilities The Maintenance Mechanic will perform operations, repairs, and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing equipment within the facility, while acquiring skills and knowledge to complete the training required to obtain licenses. The hours for this position will start as 7:00 to 3:30 for training and change to 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm. Must be flexible and able to work weekends. About the Role The Maintenance Technician will work as a part of a multi-person team, be able to use mobile CMMS device, and have general knowledge of building system operations for a large facility in NW Washington.
