Forklift Operator Skills and Qualifications:
1 year of experience operating forklifts (Sit down and stand up)

Forklift Operator Duties and Responsibilities:
Safely operate a forklift to move, stack, and load goods within a cold storage facility, ensuring proper handling of products in low-temperature environments.
Assist with inventory control by accurately recording and tracking the movement of goods. Ensure that items are stored in the correct locations and maintain accurate records of inventory levels.
Load and unload goods from trucks or containers, making sure to handle products carefully to prevent damage and maintain temperature integrity.
Regularly check and monitor the temperature of storage areas to ensure that it remains within required ranges. Report any temperature deviations or malfunctions in refrigeration systems.
Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and following guidelines for operating in cold environments.
Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on the forklift to ensure it is in good working condition. Report any mechanical issues or malfunctions to the maintenance team.
Complete necessary paperwork and documentation related to inventory movements, such as shipping and receiving logs, and ensure that all records are accurate and up-to-date.
Handle products carefully to prevent damage, especially when dealing with fragile or perishable items. Follow specific procedures for handling different types of products.
